Sports is that people follow the growth and development of the human body and activity patterns through physical exercise, technology, training, athletic competition and other ways to achieve enhanced physical fitness, improve athletic skills, enrich the cultural life of the community activity purposes. You can stay healthy, improve immunity. I love playing sports very much but nowadays, I found out that more and more people have less interest in doing sports because of the busy life. This leads to various diseases which causes people to suffer from death. Doing sports can help to increase blood circulation in human body and thus maintaning a healthy body. I choose to write this topic to encourage people to do sports even though their life is busy because healthy is wealthy. Nothing is more important than a healthy body.

The topic will get to raise awareness of the benefit of doing sports among the society. Therefore, the number of people doing sports will increase and thus they get to know the various benefits of doing sports, such as lower the chance of getting heart disease. Athletics is ingrained in the human experience and is an integral part of American culture. Because of that, many of my weekends and after school hours have been dedicated to either watching a game or starting one with the kids in the neighborhood. Athletics runs deep in my family. My great uncle was a professional baseball player and my family, including my father, three brothers and a sister, are all very involved with the various team sports. It’s this immersion into various sporting activities that has led me to the understanding that engaging in athletics has a very positive impact in our lives.
Broadly speaking, all sports share certain underlying characteristics. Almost all involve a ball, uniforms, points, judges and the physical and mental rigors of training. Yet, even speaking broadly, some sports don’t have all of the aforementioned qualities.

It is said that sports is taken seriously and is very important for athletes and even for the fans, some even say it is like a religion for them. In life, people will experience different things that will have an influence on who they are as well as who they will become. These experiences are in direct correlation to future success. Some believe that most of these experiences are outside of one 's own control, such as where he was born, where he goes to school or even a financial situation. Competitive sports provide a community which kids can work with and beat other teams with. “Playing a sport helps children develop social skills which would benefit them even when they grow older. The first reason sports help kids these days is by making them have a healthy lifestyle with good food and lots of exercise. This huge, as it stops kids from always eating junk and binging T.V. Sports let kids exercise in a healthy way through the important practice and energy required in competitive sports, which is encouraged by kids desire to win and get better, and forces kids to exercise by also getting better. Since the 19th century sports in Singapore played a vital role in engaging the different ethnic groups. This was made possible through the various communal groups such as Chinese swimming club, Indian association, Malay football club and others.
A study shows that “The exercise programs may actually enhance the development of specific types of mental processing known to be important, for meeting challenges encountered both in academics and later in life.” Also, the athletes are improved since high school.
