In Romeo and Juliet love was more responsible for Romeo’s death than hate. William Shakespeare wrote a story about a pair of unfortunate lovers. This was one of the most known plays from its time. It's known for two kids that fell in love and couldn't live without each other. They fought hard for their relationship, all the way to the point of death. Romeo met Juliet at a Capulet's party. He ended up falling in love with her and came to the realization that they were from different families, and due to the fact that their parents hated each other, and at the same time, they both loved each other, they both ended up dying. The power of love contributed to their death. Romeo was impacted heavily by love when he was extremely afraid of dying, but decided for Juliet, that he had to as well, so that she was not alone. "A dateless bargain to engrossing death!/ Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavory guide / Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on / the dashing rocks thy seasick weary bark!/ Here's to my love!"(5.3.116-120). The evidence above expresses that Romeo is about to …show more content…
Capulet! Montague!/ See what a scourge is laid upon your hate,/ That heaven finds means to kill your joys with love./ And I for winking at your discords too / Have lost a brace of kinsmen./ All are punish’d."(5.3.300-304). Their parents had always hated each other and because of the hatred, they tried to make Romeo and Juliet hate each other. Even though they tried to make them dislike one another, they still loved each other more than anything; even to the point of death. Some say that Romeo's death was caused by how much each of their families despised each other because the families were fighting, and he hated the fact that they hated each other because of their last names. Deeper into this love story, he died for Juliet. All in all, he died so he could be with her at
Love was an influence for Romeo to kill himself, because without love he wouldn't have even cared Juliet died. Romeo's fate of love being the reason he had killed himself is shown by him leaving an impact of love on the parents of him, and Juliet. Instead of the two blaming each other for their children's death they instead gave each other
Romeo escalated his relationship with Juliet too quickly. When Romeo first lays eyes on Juliet he forgets all of his love for others and is drawn towards her. After knowing her for less than a day he gets Friar Lawrence to marry them, which was suggested to be bad for a relationship to move that quickly. Also, Romeo's judgment caused his death because of his rage towards Tybalt when he kills Mercutio, Romeo is devoid of better judgment and kills Tybalt, which causes his exile and creates even move problems. When Romeo finds out that Juliet has "died" he acts quickly and reacts towards the news by buying poison.
When truly in love, should one give up their life for the one they love and therefor die? In Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, the people responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet are the Capulet family, Juliet, and Friar Lawrence. In Act three of William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, the people responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s actions are the Capulet family. An example of this would be Tybalt, who in the beginning of Act 3 kills Mercutio, who is Romeo’s closest friend.
Romeo and Juliet both died at a young age because of “love at first sight”. Romeo and Juliet both died because one thought the other was dead and they could not imagine life with of them them. Juliet was forced into marriage with Paris, and she did not want to marry anyone who was not Romeo. Juliet finds a way to get out of the marriage and fake her death. Romeo goes looking for her and poisons and kills himself because he thought she was dead.
Their families have feuds before they meet so it's very hard for them to be with each other because of their parents. Juliet dies and towards the end of the play. Also Romeo dies because he takes a potion and dies because he wants to be with Juliet and he was also depressed and sad he couldn't see Juliet anymore. The ultimate deaths of Romeo and Juliet are ultimately caused by the long standing family feud and Benvolio.
Everyone has had some sort of tragedy happen in their lives, but no event will ever live up to what happened with Romeo and Juliet. In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, things with these two lovers who seemed to be living the dream together soon took a turn for the worst. Misunderstandings, misinterpretations, and bad luck all have to do with what happened to the two, but there is much more to it. Tybalt, Friar Lawrence, and Romeo himself are the characters from this story who are most responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death.
In Shakespeare’s story Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet’s love story tragically ends in both of them dying. Their love is what lead them to their deaths, but the cause is debated. “Was it Romeo and Juliet’s themselves? Was it fate? Could it have been the rivalry between the Capulets and the Montagues?”
Romeo and Juliet’s death is one of the most iconic deaths in history, it shows how much the two cared for eachother and how far they were willing to go to be together for the rest of their lives. Romeo and Juliet is a love story by William Shakespeare, it’s a love story between a young boy Romeo and a young girl Juliet. They come from different families that hate each other and they aren’t supposed to be together because if their parents find out they would forbid them from seeing one another, they fall in love and everything goes downhill from there. I believe that Friar Lawrence and Romeo are responsible for Romeo and Juliets death. Some people say that the family feud and the nurse were responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death.
Romeo And Juliet by Shakespeare have developed many reasonings for Romeos and Juliet's death. But this was all Frair Lawrence's responsibility for the cause of Romeos and Juliet's death. an explanation for why is that Frair Lawrence's plan did not go well at all nor was it a good idea. His plan of sending the letter all the way to Romeo was a fail and didn't work at all, if he did reach his letter to Romeo then Romeo wold has been alarmed about this plan and wouldn't have killed himself.
To begin, Romeo is the main cause for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet because he initiated the whole chain of love. The text states that Romeo said “Then move not while my prayer’s effect I take. Thus from my lips, by thine my sin is purged.” (Act I, scene 5, lines 106-107).
Romeo and Juliet loved each other and the death of Mercutio caused by the families constant fighting had led them to commit suicide eventually. Romeo was banished by the prince for killing Tybalt. Friar Lawrence had come up with a plan. The plan was to have Juliet drink a sleeping potion and have Romeo come fetch her but Romeo received the wrong news and he thought Juliet had died. After he had figured that out he went to Juliets tomb and killed himself.
Romeo thought that she was the love his life. When Juliet “died” Romeo killed his self. Because he is so in love with Juliet. They got married a day after they met.
Romeo and Juliet’s deaths are caused due to the scientific nature of love, and its ability to change someone as well as being young and reckless. Being in love can cause fully developed adults to forget who they are and what they stand for. As the author of Doc C states, “Romantic love is an obsession, it possesses you. You lose your sense of self.” (Doc C).
In the play "Romeo and Juliet'' by William Shakespeare many people know that Romeo and Juliet killed themselves, but do you know the cause of it? Was it love, or was it hate? Well the reason that Romeo and Juliet killed themselves was because of hate and not because of love. The first reason that Romeo and Juliet killed themselves was that the two families hated each other which caused people's acts to be unclean.
In conclusion, Romeo and Juliet is a story in which love is stronger than hate. The story has many examples where love is stronger than hate. In the end Lord Capulet and Montague end the dispute after Romeo, Juliet, and Paris die. Romeo and Juliet having so much love for each other despite being from families that totally hate each other is the main theme of the story and it is why I think love overpowers hate in Romeo and
