This paper will explain the seven principles of patient-clinician communication. It will then apply three of those principles to my interactions with my patients. Next, it will describe three methods being used in my area of practice to improved communication between the patients and clinicians. It will ultimately choose one of those principles that applies best to my practice and clearly describe how I use it. It will describe ethical principles that can be applied to issues with patient-clinician communication.
How would you use the demographic data pertaining to students and their families to develop a school mission and goals for Harpo Allen Middle School? What additional information might prove to be helpful in the process? • Tailor the school climate and atmosphere around multiculturalism based on the socio-economic environment of the school to help promote pride in the accomplishments of people from different cultures. • Use a staff development day to take teachers into the neighborhoods to visit students in their homes and meet parents face-to-face to let them know that the faculty cares about each student and has his or her best interest in mind.
Firstly an individual should identify early signs of possibly problematic challenging situations and report accordingly. For example if an individual does not understand what task is asked of them they should seek advisement of someone who will be able to understand the information. Secondly they should also identify actual constraints to effective communication and resolve using appropriate communication strategies and techniques. This can include when an individual having a poor understanding of English and requiring an interpreter to have good communication. Finally an individual should use communication skills to diffuse and resolve situations.
Describe how your leadership beliefs and practices will promote inclusive practices and outcomes at West Linn High School. * I have seen the ways that non-inclusive practices can result in lifelong struggles. My own mother began school in the US as an English language learner, and language barriers consistently stymied her family’s ability to advocate for her. Consequently, she fell through the cracks of an education system that failed to support her. The effects of this early reality have reverberated throughout her life.
One to one communication: One to one communication is a conversation between two people; which does not include a third person. This type of conversation has a start; which means the conversation has to start off with a greeting, one to one communication al so includes a middle section, which is when you and the person discuss the topic or of what your both going to be speaking about. This particular type of communication also needs an ending, for example when the conversation is coming to an end you can end it by saying “good bye” or “see you later”. Group communication: group communication is when everyone is involved in the conversation/ discussion, it works out best id there is someone in charge such as a team leader , who makes sure everyone
About ⅓ of the students at Stafford Middle School don’t like at least one thing or more about the school, the physical and human geography, some believe that everything going on at this school is very perplexing, the culture and interaction between students is emotionally unstable. The physical and human geography of Stafford Middle school is very perplexing and cramped with how many students there are. For instance one of the major physical features is the school is very small , also, the culture is unstable, diverse and finally, the interaction between students are quite dramatic. First one of the major physical features of Stafford Middle School is it is very tight and perplexing.

In particular, communication can affect the relationships with service users and other colleagues. When effectively communicating with colleagues, managers or health professionals, will ensure that ideas and opinions are understood. In a care setting, it is a requirement to use teamwork and communicate effectively.

It is important to consider verbal communication as well as non-verbal communication and should be adapted to the service users’ ability to understand the conversation. Factors that affect communication are the location of the conversation and noise levels. An event that was significant to me throughout clinical placement was when I forgot to introduce myself to a visually impaired client.
