In today 's society the most commonly know thing many Americans enjoy doing is going out to eat, going to the movies and working out. There are so many different types of way a person can exercise, usually people prefer going to the gym and work out. Many people also enjoy outdoor sport like running, playing sports, group exercise, weight lifting as their form of exercise. Most of the people who attend a gym, go to lift weight, in fact some of those people commit to losing weight instead of lift weight for muscle. Those that enjoy lifting weights often enjoy working out in the privacy of their home, at community centers like YMCA, at a health club or a gym. There are often the young ones but also can be older. Show offs often drive a luxury car and always goes to the gym wearing a tank top and when it’s a girl they were wearing sport bras, for showing off their figure and muscles. Their somewhat built and have an hour glass figure when it comes to the girl. But they have poor social skills because they make other feel bad about themselves. You will always see a show off working out accompanied by their friends, their never alone. They always ignore the greetings and good-byes of the health club employees, when they do happen to respond a hi or a bye its often in blunt manner. They also likes to brag about how good they look compared to others. Show offs enjoy working out at the very front and center of the weight room where everyone can see them. Show offs love the attention from others. I dislike people who show off in the gym because everyone is there for the same reason, to have a better appearance so no one should be better than

A class divided was an entertaining video to watch. I enjoyed watching Mrs. Elliott implement her exercise regarding discrimination and racism. It was also interesting how Mrs. Elliott 's third graders responded to her when they were asked a question about black people. Then she began her exercise by stating, "That she was the teacher and since she has blue eyes then blue-eyed people should be on top. " Then she stated,"Blue-eyed people are smarter than brown-eyed people.

I view the gym as a very reliable place to work out, but I also believe gym’s are boring and provide a disadvantage for athlete because the athletes do not become accustomed to the heat or the cold.
