Many people tend to think that video games are either for kids or are negative for your brain, I disagree. There is actually scientific evidence that video games positively stimulate the brain, here are some things I have learned from playing video games.
It is commonly known that video games tend to require a lot of hand eye coordination, and because of that, I and other video game players tend to develop enhanced hand eye coordination. I have also developed faster reflexes. For example, when certain buttons need to be pressed, constant training has resulted in quicker reaction times. And because of video games, I now have enhanced aim, especially from playing so many Nintendo Wii games. Plus, from playing games where it is best to wait for the right moment to strike, I have developed much better patience.
