A role model is a person who inspires and encourages us to strive for greatness, live to our fullest potential and see the best in ourselves. A role model can be anybody, a parent, a sibling, a friend, a singer, but some of our most influential and life changing role models are teachers. No matter the position someone may hold in society everyone has progressed to where they are in life because they had a good teacher that taught them with a valuable education. What do I want to do after 10 years? I have several goals and accomplishments that I want to achieve in the next 20 years. First, I want to be a dedicated teacher working in a great and popular school. Then, I might probably pursue my study until I get the title of Doctor of Philosophy. Azuman who taught me that people who have no dreams of the future will not fly far away, if I put my mind to accomplishing my goal I could make it. She inspired me to be the best and success in my life. I could be anything I wanted to be. As I have grown, I had the good teachers in my previous school, some whom I am surrounded by daily who inspire me to set out to accomplish my dreams. I remember that great teachers were good at explaining content, were patient yet firm with students, were always fair, set high expectations, knew how to motivate, and used humour appropriately. They were great communicators who had a command of their subject matter content. This is the type of teacher that I intend to become. However, I understand that my personal teaching method will evolve as I draw on my own strengths, knowledge, skills, values, experiences and others. These wonderful and nice inspiring people in my life have led me to the decision of becoming a responsible
Mine have simply taught me to appreciate the value in education. Since early childhood, they’ve strongly urged me to prioritize school above all else and to learn from their mistakes, not wanting me to struggle as they did. My father has made me realize the importance in pursuing a higher education—it’s the best way to truly be successful and be able to give my family the life they deserve. From my mother I’ve learned the significance of pursuing a career that I will truly enjoy, since it is presumably what I will spend the rest of my life doing. Thanks to my parents, not only have I been university-bound since I was a toddler, but I’ve also genuinely enjoyed learning.
Essay #1 It seems like yesterday when I was in high school trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my future. When I thought about the career I would want to pursue I was having trouble picturing myself in the type of work I would be most satisfied in. Around this same time, I suffered a sports injury and had to receive physical therapy in order to heal. This is what initially got me interested in working in rehab.

Why do you believe you are a good fit for the Peer Mentor position? I enjoy helping people be more like themselves. Reflecting on my educational and practical experiences, I appreciate the infinite influence that teachers have on children. I realise that children will take the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom and use it throughout their lives. I know a teacher has to deal with many daily pressures and challenges, in the classroom. However, I feel I require the skills needed to deal with these challenges. As a teacher I hope not only to be an educator but a positive role model, whom the children can look up to and trust.
My teaching philosophy stems from my belief that the gauge of a teacher 's success is how effectively the teacher prepares students, not only for present courses, but for their future professional careers. As a Nurse, I am committed to the nursing profession and I chose nursing since; nurses have the chance to a life changing event to every patient. Nurses promote Health Education, Healing and Prevention of Illness, as well as performing end of life care through a dignified death. I chose to be a nurse because I wanted to contribute to humanity, to feel that the world was in some small way, better because I was a part of it.

And during time we would practice my english and how to pronounce my words correctly. Mrs. Miers would regularly check on me and have frequent meetings with my parents.

The first one is having good behavior, which means that you need to be approachable in every situation. You want to be positive and make sure that people in your team feel that they can come to you.
Personal Statement for NQT Year I have been lucky enough to have been taught by some truly inspirational teachers and am aware of the effect they have had on my life and the choices I have made subsequently. My own passion for working with young children extends from my desire to emulate these role models and perform the same inspirational function in the lives of my students. I have always enjoyed being around young people and have supplemented my interests in primary teaching with as much work experience as possible.
