In 2010, Russlyn Ali wrote a letter to their colleagues about reducing bullying in schools (Doc. G). The purpose of the letter was to warn administrators that they must take harassment and discrimination incidents seriously (Doc. G). In the letter, it included an important statement which listed important information on harassment and what it includes. The letter stated "harassment may take many forms including verbal acts, name-calling, and graphic and written statements. It may also include being physically threatened."

In our time, communication develops very quickly and there are different types of bullying and intimidation. For example, it happens on the internet, in groups, schools and even in companies. This problem has become more serious and is developing day by day especially in schools. For children in school, bullying or intimidation of “weak” people, as they consider those who behave calmly, is considered entertainment. Bornstein says that every person has the ability be aggressive and selfish, but research shows that there is also the biological basis of human compassion.

Around the world there are many kind of problems that afflict kids of all age but there is one in particular that is relevant, this problem is the bullying. Also many kids commit suicide because of this problem, this isn't an actual problem, the bullying exist many years ago almost all generations of humans witness the bullying in the childhood.

As far as bullying at school is concerned, “one definition is that a student is being bullied or victimized, when he or she is exposed, repeatedly and over time , to negative actions on the part of one or more other students.”

This article explains what is bullying exactly. Bullying is any form of psychological, verbal, or physical abuse that occurs repeatedly among schoolchildren over a period. Statistically, the dominant type of violence is emotional and occurs mostly in the classroom and courtyard of schools.
