Training – Once positions are filled, I will need to make sure that all new employees are trained properly before starting their position while also ensuring that all employees are always up to date throughout their career at Dunkin Donuts. Training will prepare each employee to execute his or her duties in the most efficient manner possible. Training can include (but in no particular order) observing, reviewing, physical classroom setting; Internet based learning, job shadowing and the occasional workshop.
