The Holocaust: The Killing And Persecution Of Jews

Concentration Camps Concentration Camps were used for jews, and were made by the nazis. The Holocaust began in the 1933 when Adolf Hitler came to power. Hitler did all this because he thinks that the jews were the reason why they lost WW1. In 1942 2.7 million jews were killed because of Hitler. My topic concentration camps, were horrible because how many jews died and were killed.

Strong people work hard for their families to keep them alive as they run into many difficult conflicts. The Holocaust was a dark and scary period of time. Many people risked their lives for their family, friends, and country. Mostly everyone worked hard together to fight the terrible conflicts and struggles of the war. Like the Holocaust, the Western Expansion had many different problems.

Millions of people died during the Holocaust. Many Individual people, groups and countries risked their lives to rescue Jews during that time. It was a time of sorrow and despair for Jews, There are numerous stories of brave people in other countries who also tried to save the Jews from perishing at the hands of the Nazis, and most individuals in occupied Europe did not actively take part in the Nazi genocide, nor did they do anything to help Jews and other victims of the Nazis.

The Holocaust was nothing short of mass genocide an entire culture just because they didn’t fit in with a government “vision”, which made them easy scapegoats for the Nazi Regime for problems that came to Germany after the First World War. So when the Holocaust started, many refuges evacuated Germany and parts of Europe for places such as Palestinian, which was once apart of their homeland. But when the new people there, the Arabians, would limit or even try and stop them from getting in, it created a heavy tension that has lasted to this day.

Introduction: During the Holocaust, many people suffered from the despicable actions of others. These actions were influenced by hatred, intolerance, and anti-semitic views of people. The result of such actions were the deaths of millions during the Holocaust, a devastating genocide aimed to eliminate Jews. In this tragic event, people, both initiators and bystanders, played major roles that allowed the Holocaust to continue. Bystanders during this dreadful disaster did not stand up against the Nazis and their collaborators.

Unfortunately, the Holocaust left psychological impacts and memories to all the Holocaust survivors. Fallowing the liberation of the concentration camps, the Holocaust survivors set their journey on their new lives, new families, and new homes. Suppressed by the trauma they sustained during this time. The trauma of the Holocaust unfortunately did not end at liberation from the concentrations camps because survivors could not cope with the suffering whey were exposed to during Hitler’s regime.

The Holocaust, which took place during World War II, was one of the darkest periods in human history. The Nazi regime led by Adolf Hitler persecuted and murdered millions of people, including six million Jews. The Jews were the primary target of the Nazi's racist ideology, and they were systematically stripped of their rights, property, and ultimately their lives. The Jewish community during the Holocaust experienced immense suffering, fear, and loss.

Like many genocides the Holocaust was one of the worst recorded in history. The Holocaust happened during World War II when Hitler became the leader of Germany in 1933. The War was mostly present in Europe, East Asia or the Pacific Islands but the Holocaust, which was a genocide of Jews, took place in Europe. Nazi’s and SS officers would storm the houses of Jews and move them into ghettos eventually ending up in a concentration camp. Some would die on their way there but mostly all the deaths occured in the camps.

Jews that lived during the Holocaust were robbed and deprived of their God given rights and humanity.. They slowly lost hope, faith, family, and the reason you keep living. Elie Wiesel realizes he has to let go of his family to survive when the doctor says, “In this place there is no such thing as father, brother, friend”(110). This is dehumanizing because people are born needing a family to depend on and once they lose something as simple as that, they fall into a pit of negative emotions. Thousands of people lost their family members during the holocaust and the Germans had absolutely so sympathy towards them.

The Holocaust Eleven million innocent people gone in the blink of an eye. The Holocaust was a toxic time period in which millions of Europeans lost their lives due to the belief that Anglo-Saxons were “racially superior”. This twelve yearlong misery began once a man named Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany. Jews were the main group targeted because they were believed to have caused all economic problems but, they were not the only ones. Homosexuals, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Romans, and people who were disabled were all some of the groups targeted during the Holocaust.

The extermination of the Chinese was so fast and gruesome that it’s torture methods are worst then the Jewish Holocaust. The Japanese had many different ways of exterminating the Chinese. They raped them, burned them alive, tortured by needles, torn apart by dogs, decapitated, and stabbed to death with a bayonet (Unknown). At this point in the war/genocide, only rapid and overwhelming armed intervention can stop the genocide, which also at this point, nobody has because there was no time to prepare (Brook). The Chinese stated that between 380,000 - 420,000 people were killed.

The Jews were saved by the efforts of the Righteous Among the Nations. They did not stop until every child they could save, was saved. This was how they affected the Holocaust, because they went out, and saved the Jews, and reduced the number of deaths of the Jews. 3,000 Jewish children were saved by Yvonne Nevejean , 2,500 Jewish children were saved by Irena Sendler , and with the help of the organization many Jews were given a life. The resistance by the non-Jew to the Nazi Regime during World War II was carried out by preventing and reducing the number of deaths of the Jews by the Nazi Regime.

They ran. On January 30, 1933 the Jews started fleeing, hiding, and hoping that no one would find families concealed in secret annexes. The Holocaust is one of the most dreary times on this planet. Back then, technology was not as good as it is now. All people had was a paper and pen, with that paper and pen these people wrote whatever they wanted privately.

The Holocaust was a horrific tragedy which started in January of 1933 and ended in May of 1945, the Holocaust was the mass murder of millions of people. The word was derived from the Greek word that meant Sacrifice to the Gods (Steele 7), also called the Shoan which is the Hebrew word for catastrophe (Steele 7). So many countries took place in this 12-year genocide, including, “Germany, Italy, Japan, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria, which were also known as the Axis Powers” (Steele 34). But, although there were all those countries they were all part of one larger group called the Nazis, were the ones who were killing all the different denominations of people. (Bachrach 58).

The Holocaust is the deadliest recognized genocide in human history. It lasted from January 30,1933 – May 8,1945 and would result in the l1 million deaths. The causes of the Holocaust begin at the end of World War One with what Germans referred to as “the stab in the back”. This was a myth that claimed the German Army did not loose World War One but was betrayed by the Jewish population who gave up land and supplies to the Allies. As this spread anti-Semitism or hate for Jewish people grew in Germany as people viewed the Jewish population as deceptive and traitorous.
