The Holocaust was a period of discrimination, immoral actions, and devastation. The Holocaust initiated January 30th, 1933 and lasted until May 8, 1945. Adolf Hitler came into power of Nazis selection in 1903. He specifically targeted the Jewish people because of their dissimilarities in faith and appreance. His brutal reign led to the end of countless Jews, and other races that were against Germany. The Holocaust was a horrific genocide led by Adolf Hitler to wipe out the entire Jewish race and other races that were not German.

The Nazis no longer regarded the Jews as humans but as vermin and sub-human. There is a picture in Source C that the Nazis used as propaganda and it was a drawing of Jews. The drawing portrays the Jewish people as disgusting and disabled and like they weren't part of the human race. This propaganda helped turn people against the Jews and made it feel like it was right what the Nazis were doing to them. Next were the concentration camps.

The Holocaust was a time in history that was very very difficult. Hitler who was the leader of Germany, had much hatred towards Jewish people, because of this hatred, he acted very negatively towards the Jews. Lots of the time people don't understand how bad it actually was for Jewish people. Hitlers acts of hatred were so bad and harmful to the Jews. Holocaust Reflection: Hierarchy in Concentration Camps When I think of the Holocaust, I think of constant fear, horrible genocide of innocent people, and terrible living conditions. For twelve years, people were imprisoned for their faith, political views, or where their love lied. The systematic murder of six million jews in the span of 11 years took many innocent lives and left many alone and scarred for life.

The Holocaust was one of the most devastating times for all of the world. It strained the world’s economy and resources; death tolls were tremendously high and injuries were severe. This was one of the worst events in our world’s history. For the 12 years that Germany was ruled by the Nazi Party, a central belief was that there existed in society, certain people who were dangerous and needed to be eliminated for German society to flourish and survive (Impact of the Holocaust).

As Goebbels worked hard on the propaganda campaign, the Jews found themselves facing a huge surge of hated towards them by the public. Hitler can be held responsible for the burning of Jewish businesses, creating Jewish ghettos and distributed ‘The Protocols of the Elders of Zion’ a book which claimed that the Jews were trying to takeover the world. Propaganda at the hands of the Nazi’s can be said to have played a huge role in the responsibility for the Holocaust. The promotion of anti-Semitic beliefs which got the majority of the public on the Nazi’s side meant that ordinary people were seeing that the extermination of the Jews was taking place and either didn’t do anything about it or helped play a role. This can be because of fear, of what would happen to them if they either rebelled or didn’t contribute.

In conclusion, the cause of the holocaust was created by the cultural environment that Hitler grew up in and the personal Hatred that developed and evolved since childhood. These factors prove that the holocaust was not the political demand of the Aryan race. Therefore, the factors that created the Holocaust were the culture he grew up in and his personal roots.

The Holocaust is a time in history when millions of people were persecuted in Europe by being sent to live in ghettos and eventually being deported to concentration camps where they were systematically annihilated until the Allied forces liberated the remaining survivors. The Jews were moved to the ghettos, because Hitler pushed the Jews to move to the east, then they concore move of the east and move them more to the east. Then “there was no more room for them to move to the east, so they built ghettos for them to live” (Byers 32). But his true intentions were to “separate the Jewish people from manly Germans and also other races” (Allen 37).

We never really understood why the Jews specifically. Was it only Adolf Hitler’s fought or maybe there were more people behind these horrible crimes. Adolf Hitler was the leader of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. His strong beliefs about Jewish people resulted in millions of deaths of them.
