Yes, the stretches became significantly easier each time I performed them. My lower body muscles are definitely more flexible than my upper body muscles, for I had a much easier time performing those activities. I have never completed or attempted a good majority of these stretches, so it took a little getting used to. Participating in physical activities after I had stretched made the activity seem much easier. I found myself being more prepared for the activity and felt less strain.
