On 2-3-2016 I Pltrm. Butram and Pltrm. Walker, were dispatched to 1511 Rosena Ave for a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers spoke with Amanda Zgr----. Amanda stated her fiance Thomas Lytle assaulted her. Amanda stated once Thomas arrived home he became upset and punched her in her face, and kicked her once she was on the ground. Amanda did have some redness around her right eye. upon reviewing the residence it appeared a physical altercation did occur. There was household debris scattered throughout the residence. I asked where Thomas was, she stated he took the kids to the Emergency room. I asked why he was going to the E.R. Amanda stated Thomas and her son Christoph Lytle may have consumed so Marijuana. I asked Amanda how Christoph could have consumed Marijuana by ingesting it. Amanda stated “you no kids always getting into stuff’. I asked why she believes Christoph consumed Marijuana, she stated “because it was all over the kitchen floor when I walked in there”. I asked Amanda who’s Marijuana it was, and where it was located. As amanda was filling out the packet, the fire department was being dispatched to Dr. Sailors office for a three year old child that may have overdosed. I asked Amanda how old are the children, Amanda stated Christoph is three and Cody is five. Amanda heard the fire departments radio traffic and stated that was probably Christoph. Amanda stated they just recently moved to Madison and Thomas may not know where the E.R is. As Amanda continued to fill out the packet her house phone began to ring.
