He continues by informing us that life is more important than a job; jobs are more than a paycheck; and a country more than its wealth. Deresiewicz also argues that even being a quadruple major does not make a student interesting, but looking inside themselves and finding out and doing what actually interests them makes them interesting. In his article, “Are Too Many People Going to College?” Charles Murray argues that too many people are going to college universities when they should be focusing on other lifestyle options. In his opinion, whether or not to attend college is a personal decision that should be thoroughly thought through. When weighed with the unrealistic prerequisites, the financial expenses, and the time needed to obtain a degree, many people will find that attending college will not be beneficial to them. College may be the best and most important time of my life. I get the opportunity to make new friends, try new things, and to begin learning about things that I’m truly interested in. I’m slightly unsure of the exact direction I want to take with my life, but as proved in Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson, as long as I choose to follow my passion I will end up doing the right thing in life. Throughout her writing, Bird supplies her readers with evidence that explains how, for some individuals, college is a waste of not only time and money, but of intellectual effort, as well.

Time management has been one of the most substantial hurdles of my scholastic and professional career. Many of us waste our time on things that are neither important nor necessary, instead of using that time for something of that is meaningful. To capitalize on the use of time management strategies and reach my Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) program goals. I will execute two specific time management strategies, for example, accessing and planning a weekly schedule while adjusting my daily schedule. Employers are looking to hire graduates who can demonstrate non-cognitive skills such as integrity, communication, courtesy, responsibility, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, professionalism, flexibility, teamwork and work ethic (Robles, 2012). Studies have found that company executives want employees with the proper technical skills for the job, but also value strong communication skills, teamwork skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and presentation skills (Kretovics & McCambridge, 1998). Even college graduates believe that they require strong interpersonal abilities, teamwork skills, and work ethic to land a job (Velasco, 2012). Despite this understanding of desired skills, employers report that they are unable to find enough workers with the complete skillset they desire (Carnevale, Smith, & Strohl, 2013; Ellis, Kisling, & Hackworth, 2014). George Mason University, much like colleges across the United States, must find a way to both offer students programming to develop these skills but then understand how the programming assists in the development of these necessary skills.

Multitasking is a way I survive and to be honest as possible I am a Master of multitasking. Multitasking is doing multiple things all at one time and to deal with more than one task at the same time. I am a Hard Core Multitasker that is not too bad I know Pro’s.

Introduction This discussion provides a reflective assessment on my experiences and development in three years study. The intention of this reflection is to demonstrate an understanding of my views on sport coaching of reflection and the issues surrounding reflective practice.
