Michael Jackson Thriller Analysis

Gordon Smith wrote the book, Lockdown : Escape From Furnace. I really enjoyed reading this book for a few reasons. One reason that I really enjoyed about this book was how well Gordon Smith explained certain aspects of his writing with great emotion and detail. Another thing I liked about this book was that he never ended a chapter without having me thinking what was going to happen next. He continually kept me engaged and interested throughout the whole book.

Have you ever read a book actually changed you? That gave you the chills and caused goosebumps to break out across your skin?   Violent Ends did that to me, more than once. Reading it left me internally shaken, craving a teddy bear and soft blanket, and half wanting to throw the book and frame it. Violent Ends is an exceptional creature.

The song was also noteworthy because it was the most popular protest song in the 1970’s to 1980’s. Back then when the government told men to go fight in the war they would listen, but during the 1970’s it was the first time people were starting to be against the idea of going to war and fighting. This song became popular because no one ever heard a song that boycotted what the government was telling them to do. So, it became successful because it was different than all the other songs written back then. The song was a realization to the people that listening to the government and going to fight wasn’t such a good idea.

Not only has J Cole’s “2014 Forest Hills Drive” gone platinum, but this is the first hip-hop album to go platinum with no featured artist in 25 years. “2014 Forest Hill Drive” was such a popular album, and there is a reason. J Cole produced an album that almost anyone would love. Whether someone loves the entire album, or just a song or two, there is most likely something that could appeal to anyone. I would recommend this album to anyone because it is one of my favorite albums of all time, and it is worth spending the money.

Part of what made this movie so interesting on so many different accounts was the music that accompanied the vivid and exciting scenes. Without music, many could agree that our world would be a sad, quiet, dull and depressing place.
