Al Capone’s mom and dad met in Italy before Capone was born. When his parents got married, they decided that they could find a better life in America. When they got to America with four of Al Capone’s siblings, they had no money. So, when Capone was born he was born into a poor immigrant family. Al Capone was actually was from a respectable, professional family. Nobody thought that he was going to become an American famous criminal. When Capone started school, he was one of the best students, but when he started failing and found out he had to repeat the 6th grade, he started playing hookie.
Once the Prohibition law had been set, it started more crime. That’s when Al Capone became one of the biggest criminals in history. While the Prohibition law was set, Al Capone started selling illegal liquor to people who were desperate. He set up bars in the basements at night and paid the managers or whoever was closing up the shop for the night to not say anything. And if they did say anything to the police, he would threaten to kill them and their families.

He was let out of jail because, he was going to Alcatraz. Capone didn’t know that this was a prison that you can’t own like the other jail he was sent to. Once he got to Alcatraz, he found the rules were very bad. One of the rules was that you could not talk to other prisoners unless you were asking for salt at a meal or a tool at work. If you did talk you would get sent to the hole. The hole is an underground cell that isolates prisoners from others. You can get sent to the hole for a long time depending on what you do. He is the multi-million dollar Chicago man of his operation making of bootlegging, prostitution, and gambling that is just leading to the crime scenes.
Al Capone is a villain because he was a gangster in a gang that participated in organized crime in the United States. Al Capone had started to joining gangs when he was fourteen years old he joined the Forty Young Thieves. Crime in the U.S was not his first rodeo. He started by being a bouncer and a bartender at the Harvard Inn. Later joined a Torrio gang and started helping them with bootlegging in the city and making money.

He became a bookkeeper and tried having a somewhat law abiding life, but when his dad unexpectedly died he went back to being a ruthless killer and lawbreaker. Capone prided himself on keeping his temper when things went wrong, but when his fellow gangster and friend Jack Guzik was assaulted, Capone tracked the attacker down and shot him at a bar. To Capone’s luck there wasn’t enough evidence so he was let go by the police. (3) Capone spotted two of his rivals in Cicero and he ordered his gang to gun them down, little did Capone know that William McSwiggin was with them. Capone’s men killed all three men and the city became outraged at the death of William Mcswiggin, but the police didn’t have enough evidence to prosecute Capone so he was set free.

But during a one of the bootlegging runs McSwiggen got shot and killed by one of Capone’s henchmen. Nobody got convicted due to lack of evidence.
Al Capone was a very powerful leader and an all around mastermind. Capone was raised around gangs in the city when he moved there from Naples and joined one in his teens called Johnny Torrio’s James Street Boys ran by Johnny Torrio. Later, he moved on to the Five Points Gang, which he graduated from. He got into a gang fight and someone cut his face with a razor hence the nickname “Scarface” (Grossman). When Torrio entered a brothel business he sent for Capone to be a bouncer at the saloon.
Capone 's childhood showed the police how bad kids were and that they also needed to look out for kids. Capone helped people through the tough times right before the great depression, he produced jobs, got his people want they wanted, and influenced women and kids not to do what he did. Al Capone did a lot to influence this
February 27 1920 F.B.I agent Morgan got a leak that Capone was falsifying his health to not go to the grand jury to be a witness for a violation of prohibition laws case. He got interested and had agent Jarrett in Miami, Florida to look into it. They soon found that he was completely ok. Morgan had jerrett follow him around and do some reconnaissance. He found that he has been meeting up with some heads of his crime organization.
He started his bootleg business very young, he started to build up his business to become more successful This did cause some of his men to die or get injured very bad. Al Capone and his men did not cooperate with the police. But they did not care Al Capone was the best man there was in there eyes. They also did not want to get on his bad side. If they did they were destined to die.
