Halloween Theme Costumes

That is how I look at Halloween. Unfortunately here in Latvia they are not into this holiday and only children at school dress up but afterwards don’t go trick or treating and young adults enjoy going a bit crazy in the pubs in Riga. In the U.S. it is common to see carved pumpkins most everywhere and in some other parts of the world as well. There are also gourd-like orange fruits that get carved with ghoulish face and illuminated by candles.

People dress up and use machines to scare people in the haunted houses. Wax Museums, which were pretty gruesome, and now have really realistic figures that look like they could actually be alive. Haunted houses started being popular in the 1930’s. This happened because adults wanted to distract the pranksters and tricksters from doing bad things. They would have these in their basements or attics

Vampires are a classic and incredibly versatile kind of monster across all kinds of media, certainly not just limited to videogames. Halloween The misunderstanding of Halloween is an odd and confusing holiday. This confusion is the result of miscommunications through generations of the original meaning of the Holiday over the years. The origin of Halloween commenced over 2000 years ago as the Celts, which was a Celtic God of the Dead. The Celts would build large barn fires to scare away the evil spirits and make sacrifices for receiving good crops in the coming year.

My Movie Argument What do you think? What would you argue? What theme do you think the movie is? Some people believe the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas is more of a Halloween and some people believe that this movie is more Christmas themed.

This essay is the outcome of multiple researches. Which is based on the comparison and contrast of a Disney movie and its fairy tale.  This will be an advantage for knowing the difference between a movie and a fairy tale, especially when the movie is derived from that fairy tale.      The movie, Chicken Little, is based on the popular fairy tale Henny Penny. The fairy tale is about a chicken that believes the world is coming to an end, since the sky is falling, later he is eaten by wolves in the woods.

The first mention of vampires in literature seeped through from European folklore. In the mid-1700s, a vampire panic swept the Serbian countryside. Victims reported being visited in the night by their recently deceased relatives or neighbors, who throttled the life from them. Those struck by these visions died within days. When panicked townspeople exhumed the offending corpses, they found "tell-tale" signs of vampirism: hair and nails that continued to grow after death, blood in the mouth, a lack of decomposition.

The disparity between Anna and Elsa only become visible later after the incident in which Elsa accidentally uses her magical power and makes Anna collapsed. Below is the analysis of each character after that

The outfits worn by the individual characters show their personalities and give the audience the assumption of the characters. For example, Dorothy’s costume shows youthful innocence in colour. Her hair is neatly braided with soft and pleasant make-up. She also wears a blue checked pinafore. She is portrayed as perfectly innocent and sweet.
