Unethical Media in social Media
Unethical media is a big problem nowadays and it should be solved, it is morally wrong, against accepted standards of behavior. Ethics is the way people behave based on how their beliefs about what right and wrong influence behavior. Ethics is defined as the analysis, promotion and evaluation of what establishes virtuous character and correct conduct according to the best principles available. Ethics doesn 't ask simply the way to live in a good manner. It asks how one must live well in an ethical manner, i.e., in goodness as well as in the right relation amongst one other, a task which might necessitate us to sacrifice personal benefits, in carrying out duties or in enduring persecution.

However, using sexuality and pornography in mass media have many negative effects on individuals and society as well as those argued by women. There are lots of problems regarding the abuse of women and sexuality in the mass media, and they can affect both individuals and society. It is difficult to determine all the possible problems and threats. However, this paper summarizes some of these problems. There are bases for claiming a link between the use of sexuality inthe media and individuals’ sexual and general attitudes and beliefs, For example, exposure to sexuality has been found to increase older youth acceptance of non-marital sexual behavior. In addition, it causes estimates of the amplification of more unusual and unethical sexual behaviors, less expectation ofsexual exclusivity with partners, less concern about sexual child abuse, and concern about thatsexual inactivity leads to a health risk. (Brown 2002).Although the government should put rules and regulations on the media channels to avoid this

I suggest that the media institutions and firms, particularly marketers and advertisers, should consider business Ethics in the media, ethical aspects of the use of women and sexuality as a marketing instrument, and they may test how sexual and violent contents affects and influence viewers’ attitudes towards the media institutions.
To conclude unethical media is huge problem that has many effects on both individuals and society, especially children. moreover it increased now by the appearance of the new technology and the internet. Many media institutions are violating the major ethical rules by using sexuality and violence.
Given the fact that the media institutions use sexuality and violence as a marketing instrument in order to attract more viewers or consumers, it means that the media companies are trying to market themselves or their products at the expense of ignoring business ethics.
In my opinion the government should impose rules and regulations on the media channels to end this problem and in order help the parents who suffers from this problem with their

Introduction Technology today is an everyday essential tool used for almost every task done throughout the day. With the evolution of advanced technology, media, along with its forms of distribution, has evolved as well. Popular social media sites that allow you to express yourself on the internet are direct results of the growth of modern day technology. With the growth of social media and people’s free reign to post what they like as they feel, regulating laws and the First Amendment’s restrictions on what is and is not protected come into question. This has created todays debate on the ethical aspect of regulating social media and the First Amendments role in protection of modern day media, raising questions such as should the law protect
Media has played a pronounced role in distributing information over time on various issues that are affecting citizens worldwide. The various types of media include television, radio and newspapers which reach a large number of people with various biases and preferences within a short period of time. Deviant behavior has become rampant in society today as many young and old people are deviating from the usual due to the common structural differences in society that range from economic, health, faith and social cults. To curb the deviant behavior observed in society, the media educates the people on the impacts of their behavior. At the same time, it informs the person who is not aware of the happenings in the community.
Just as many people are able to have a single drink after a long day to relax, many men, and some women, are able to have a quick masturbation session with pornography to release tension. Similarly, for some people, one drink is not enough, and one 10 minute pornographic clip is not enough. “The extent to which pornography features in one’s life is, like most of life’s indulgences, simply person-dependent”
The correlation between sexual violence and objectification of women is obvious; When men strip women of their qualities that make them human, they are left to just an anatomy. This allows possible sexual predators and abusers (who typically already possess cognitive disorders) to [mentally] justify their crimes by viewing the women as inanimate objects, simply there for their own pleasure. However, decreasing the amount of graphic content of women shown on public television could reduce the rates of this sexual violence. Men fail to interact with the opposite sex following the obvious social norms when the women of this country are seen as less than people, but as sex
Media have certainly became a big part of our daily life, an important element of our daily viewable culture, and more familiar the violence and monstrosity which is described in it. Audiences barley think about this problem and they also leave aside the consequences of that. Media got a great impact on people’s culture and the way they act now a days, Media is responsible for creating opinions, myths, languages and customs. They can also create uncontrollable monsters; false fantasies and contradictory impact On the exact society for which they engage. Society falls under the mercy of the fast effect of the portrait; it takes a fractional vision of owning in its own hand the capability of telling information; it is controlled by the objective
The main objectives in chapter 9 include the ways media attempt to influence people’s attitudes, beliefs, and/or behavior, ways media technology can be disruptive and have adverse effects on behavior, the positive and negative influences of certain kinds of media, such as advertisements or reality television programs, on self-image. Even though media is a great outlet, media has changed our generation causing effects on self-image and human interactions. Because of its pervasiveness in American culture, the media affects people in both obvious and subtle ways. Modern media comes in many different formats, including newspapers, magazines, television, social media, etc.
Some, in contrast, regard theconsumption of pornography as a "victimless crime," and believe that, because it does not harm others, it should not be restricted extensively”(Mosser,2013).The advancement of technology somehow helped the porn industry to proliferate even more. It can be accessed at the internet anytime and there are sites that provide it for free. It can be bought as a DVD which can be watched at home, it can also be a magazine carried anytime in anywhere. The widespread availability of pornography makes it hard to regulate them. This is one evident reason why there are people who are addicted to pornography.
Beforehand a problem one could state is, Susan Bordo and Jean Kilbourne do agree with each other, but their portrayal of the Media’s effects and outcome different. As if, Susan Bordo and Jean Kilbourne are making a chocolate cake, and can’t come to a conclusion to what kind of chocolate frosting to use. As to that note, Jib Fowles would state, it’s doesn’t matter, the cake is there, anyone will eat it as long as one puts a half-naked women on it to fill the needs of humans. Susan Bordo and Jean Kilbourne theories on the connection between the Media and women public health issues, such as violence against women, eating disorders, and hysteria are well round, and intriguing. The Media would state, that’s women should control their eaten problems
Introduction In our current society, the media is a very powerful medium which cultivates the way the society thinks and behaves. At this stage of the political economy, the intellectual mode of production is largely made through the media industry. Aspects such as Hollywood, television and movies, they frame and direct our thinkings and values towards the direction as they desire.
Violence in media is toxic to young adolescents and children and should be apprehended and should not recur in the future. Media violence is a very bad thing that we have popularized as a generation and made it look funny or good, and that is not the case. we should stop popularizing media violence and we should find ways to weed it out of our media and everything else. The fact is that media violence is bad and an evil thing that should not be gratified. it makes adolescents think that violence is okay and will make them happier it also makes them think it should be used but in reality it makes them more unhappy and should never be used.
Individuals are progressively sharing their lives online through social networking sites with little concern for who may be viewing their information. This has become an issue in current times and is up for debate based on the ethical issues associated with Social Media. Society doesn’t understand joining a social network is similar to joining a community. It is made up of individuals, organizations or the society at large based on virtues of friendship, business, interests, religion etcetera. However, in the modern world of communication, communication forms have influenced the content of the communication itself.

This literature review examines the many aspects of media
For years people have played the “blame game” with media and its effects on society. It has been questioned whether the media helps or hurts more in its overall impacts. The media consists of magazines, advertisements, TV shows, and social pages such as Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter, and Facebook, all in which society seems to be addicted to. The real question is, is having all of these sources of media positively or negatively affecting society? Some people blame the media for harming society by causing eating disorders and a low self esteem.
