The purpose of the dissertation is to examine the young innovator’s characteristics. Five skills of the innovators are associating, questioning, networking, observing, and experimenting. One of the paramount examples of a successful innovator, which has all superior skills, is Emily Motayed, co-founder of Havenly. Here there was a plan to decorate a studio where the two sisters were looking for an inexpensive interior designer for their place. They were planning to move to a different location and therefore wished to decorate their home, but they had a little budget(Schwartz, 2015). The artists they came across charged a high fee and asked them to buy their desired stuff for the place. The hustle for a cheap designer made them want to establish their way of decorating the interiors and that of the people living in the US at an affordable rate(Schwartz, 2015).
