What does freedom mean to me? To me freedom means kids running around in the playground, playing with their imaginations, doing whatever they please. Also, to me it relates to Alexis de Tocqueville's Democracy in America. How he says that democracy in America was a start to becoming successful country. Freedom is all the rights that we have. The constitution has a lot to do with freedom along with all the other important documents written at that time. Also, breaking free from England’s reign being free to rule however we want in our own upcoming new country. Running your country by who ever you want or how ever you want. Freedom can be in your own house too. The parents are the government choosing how much freedom the kids can have. Such as,
