As a member of a college student, tuition inflation rate is one of the most important factors I need to consider. This is because sometimes college or university can be too costly compared to what they have to offer. Since college is very expensive, knowing the trend of how the tuition inflation will manifest itself, allows the student to make the right decision when deciding which college to go to. Also, because the tuition inflation rate can increase or decrease, knowing what to expect will definitely help a student in the long run. Such as, how much money need to save for college tuition, if the student could afford the school their dream of attending, and when they need to transfer. The purpose of this paper will show the audience the data
Tuition also plays a role in decision making because some people don’t have enough money to pay for college out of pocket so, they need financial help. Samantha Nyborg LEAP Writing 2011-05 September 15, 2014 Critique Draft Megan McArlde is a journalist and blogger who focuses most of her writing on things like finance, government policy, and economics. In her article “The College Bubble,” a magazine article published in Newsweek on September 17, 2012, McArlde writes about how the “Mythomania about college has turned getting a degree into an American neurosis” (1). She focuses a lot on the value of getting a college education, and makes an argument that all the time and money spent on earning a degree may not be worth it in the end. McArlde uses several strategies to appeal to her reader’s, and does a great job of effectively using the Logos, Pathos, and Ethos appeals throughout her article.
This is a very concerning matter because the more tuition goes up, the higher the population will be in debt which will cause our country to go farther down the hole of debt. Some people that do not have to worry about student debt anymore probably think that it is not their concern but even if they do not have to deal with it themselves they are still affected by the increasing amount of debt. “the biggest cause of rising debt is the steady increase in tuition and fees, which critics variously blame on falling state support for public universities, light faculty workloads and excessive spending on facilities, athletics and administration” (Price 1). One of the biggest cause of the increased rate student debt is going in is tuition and

Education is widely regarded as a key factor in the economic and social development of a country. With the extremely rapid development of the society, in order to enhance their competitiveness, increasing young people choose to accept higher education. Yet, there are different attitudes about whether students should pay or not. Some people regard education as a basic right, which should therefore be provided free, while others think the individual student should have to shoulder some of the costs of his or her education. According to Matt Bruenig’s Dissent article “The Case Against Free College: Free college is paid for by the working class people who don 't attend”, Bruenig against the free college because it seems more fair and benefit to

Journalist Sophie Quinton discusses how college expenses are constantly rising, though many states are now reducing instate tuition in her recent article, “States Move to Curb Rising College Tuition. Quinton informs readers that colleges are not only cutting college tuition, but freezing it. As a result student loans are soaring nationally, and schools are forced to become more efficient. Student loans are then causing debt, that later affects a students’ life in numerous ways. College students today, tend to lean towards nicer looking colleges, rather than a higher education.
Some college students are working part-time jobs and are full-time students. Perhaps, working through college will not always cover all of a student's education expenses including books, supplies, room and board. If free tuition is given, students will have further time to educate themselves. Moreover, college tuition and prices are at an all-time high. Each year, prices are rising higher and higher.

He answers the question by explaining that the misunderstanding of the subject can be considered as one of the issues that may hinder the process of data analysis. He adds another crucial issue which comes from the ambiguity of question as well as the limited sources of data. On the other hand, he identifies the elements of a good analysis which depend on understanding the research question, the presence of enough data, understanding the
4.5. Data Presentation The data will be presented in three parts according to the theories used so that the thesis will be organized while the writing style will be simple as possible so that any person can access it. For this matter, I will adopt the KISS (Keep It Short and Simple or Keep It Sure and Safe) and be KISSABLE (Keep it Informative, Stimulating, Satisfying, Accurate, Believable, Likeable and Enlightening) principle of the journalists.
