Arthur Ashe is a very famous tennis player that played in the 1970. Arthur Ashe is a very determined person because he the the first black person elected to the davis cup team. Arthur Ashe has won the US open and many more. Ashe defeated the all time favorite number 1 seed Jimmy Connors. Arthur Ashe is also very determined because he was hospitalized in 1988 because of his paralyzed right arm but Arthur Ashe was determined to stay alive.

When you think of an amazing athlete you think of Lebron James or Bo Jackson, but Jesse Owens was one of the greatest athletes to walk this earth. Growing up and becoming a successful African American young man in the early 1900s was hard because of the way society treated them. Jesse Owens went against the stereotype than average African American person. He had the perfect legs of a runner.

In those two and a half years I started racing. My first time I ever raced I got first place and it was the best feeling ever. I was so proud of what I had accomplished and wanted to keep racing. But after I placed first in that class I got bumped up to a new class that had bigger bikes and faster kids. At the time I was still on the 100 and I was racing kids on bikes twice as big as mine.

This can take years to win even just a couple of races. You also need to attract sponsors to get the financial backing to race full time. You need to train at least 5 hours a day to become a pro as well. Dedicate your life to it. It is a strenuous and demanding sport.
