At approximately 0000 on the morning of 7/16/2017 Tami Raines called S/O Ubbes at the security desk to report suspicious activity in the South Garage. Ubbes immediately dispatched Shift Supervisor Riddle and S/O Miller to respond. Upon arriving at the South Garage Riddle and Miller began a floor by floor search making sure to check every hiding place and stairwell. Upon reaching the top Riddle and Miller concluded the individual was not in the parking garage. Ubbes began reviewing the camera footage while Riddle went and talked with Tami. Tami stated that at approximately 2345 she witnessed a young male carrying a lime green tackle box running up Conwell and crossing 3rd street, he was wearing a button up shirt that was open in the front leaving

For Seeburger Heights we have many different committees that must work together in order to create a successfully running school. The first committee to present their new policies for our school was the administration committee. The administration committee had five different policies that they wanted to put into action; the budget, the teacher evaluation system, the consequence policy, the curriculum enforcement policy and the safety/security plans. Holeman, Jerry, CJ4820, 270 Introduction: This project report pertains to the Delphi Double Homicide Investigation. The homicides of a 13 year old white female and a 14 year old white female. Both were found dead in a wooded area near the Monon High Bridge trails in Delphi, Indiana. The investigation revealed that the 13 year old female had died from one sharp force trauma to the neck.
