INTRODUCTION:
This incident involved the arrest of Suspect Gerardo Jimenez for violation of a court order. The suspect was aware of the restraining order and had been given proof of service.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
The violation occurred at the victim’s residence located at 655 N. Lake Avenue.
INVESTIGATION:
On 07-15-16 at approximately 0823 hours, Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to 1716 Newport Avenue for a court order violation investigation. Dispatch advised us that Suspect Gerardo Jimenez was sitting in a white Dodge pickup truck directly in front of the residence. Suspect Jimenez has reportedly been known to be violent and breaks miscellaneous items.

Concha showed me a copy of the restraining order. The Protected Person in the Protective Order is Teresa Jimenez. The Restrained Person is Suspect Gerardo Jimenez. The protective order was filed at the Pasadena Court House under Case #GQ013847. The expiration date is 05-27-2019 at 2359 hours. Suspect Jimenez was also served with the protective order by LASD Deputy Isai Vazquez #E443244 on 05-13-16. I took photos of the above protective order which was later uploaded into VeriPic (see attached photos). Officer Harrell contacted PPD Records and confirmed the protective order was filed with the Pasadena Police Department.
I spoke with Witness Joaquin Jimenez and he told me the following information in summary: Witness Jimenez heard someone knocking at the front door on 07-15-16 at approximately 0750 hours. Witness Jimenez reportedly answered the front door and saw Suspect Jimenez walking across the front lawn to his vehicle. Witness Jimenez closed the front door without communicating with Suspect Jimenez. Witness Jimenez did not give any additional relevant information regarding the above
INTRODUCTION: This case involves the arrest of Suspect Davian Thomas for driving with a suspended license in violation of CVC 14601.1(a)-Suspended Driver 's License. INVESTIGATION: On 07-22-16, at 1701 hours, I was working uniformed patrol with Officer Harrell #3441. We were traveling east on Washington Boulevard approaching El Sereno Avenue.
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male laying next to the front door of the property. The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention.
Arresting Officer was PO Joffre Cortez and supervisor approving was Sgt. Pabon. IAB case was for this incident was substantiated. Charges & specs are pending.
On Friday, May 26,2017, at 1222 hours, Officer Hudgins and myself, Officer Alexander, responded to a domestic dispute on 3408 Seabass Rd. Upon arrival, both the witness and the suspect were sitting on the front porch. The victim was inside the resident at the time. The parties were brought outside, identified and separated for interviewing. The victim was identified as Olivia Reynolds.
We were traveling east on Orange Grove Bl. approaching Los Robles Avenue. We observed two male Hispanics, later identified as Suspect Pedro Ramirez-Gonzalez and Salvador Padilla sitting on the east steps of the Avalon Pasadena Funeral Home and Cremation located at 415 E. Orange Grove Bl. Officer Cass and I parked and exited our patrol unit.

I was traveling east on Del Mar Boulevard approaching Fair Oaks Avenue. I observed a white Nissan Altima in the number two lane directly in front of me. The vehicle did not have a rear license plate in violation of CVC 5200(a)-No rear license plate.
The capture of Ramirez A. Someone seen an orange truck leaving a neighborhood. They wrote down the license plate number and immediately called it into the police. They said the vehicle looked suspicious. They found Ramirez's fingerprints all in the car, and on a victim's window outside of the house which linked him to the crime.

On Sunday, November 22, 2015 at about 1707 hours while present at group 31 office, I reviewed the arrest reported K15688171-J pertaining to Mr. Marcos Acosta. The following information was disclosed; On November 20, 2015 at about 1848 hours, Mr. Acosta was arrested and charged with the following; Petit Larceny, PL 155.25 and Crim Possession Of Stolen Property, PL 165.40. In hope to help find the person who raped her that night, the victim told her numerous people, including her brother the description of the vehicle that night she was raped. Eleven days after the investigation, her brother spotted a truck that had the exact same description as what the victim described that night the victim was raped. The truck belonged to a man named Ernesto Miranda. After that, the Phoenix police located Ernesto Miranda at his home, arrested him, and took him down the police station. As of right now, the Phoenix police only have the evidence of Ernesto Miranda being owner of the truck that was described.

On June 16th, 2017 at approximately 2000 hours in the 3000 block of Church Street Glenarden, Maryland 20706 while conducting a Drug enforcement operation. During the questioning Prince Georges County Officer ( ) # observed a male later identified as A1 (Carroll, Sherman Lee) whom at the time had a open warrant for # 6E00673490 for trespass on private property and theft less than $100.00.A-1 was transported to Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Maryland for processing.
