Which in term would allow many to go to bed early in order to save money on candles which would allow the economy to save money rather than using it on candles. Of all the inventions that Franklin had built there was no greater one than his lightning rod which was used to direct lighting from the skies toward it to allow it to transfer harmlessly into the ground. What made this invention so different from his previous was that it was based on a concept that wasnt even comprehended at the time.
