As is stated in the interview paper I used to work at a restaurant called Culver’s. Culver’s mission statement is: Every guest who walks through the door in every neighborhood, from Wisconsin to Texas, gets the same friendly treatment we offered on our very first day in 1984. We bring the often forgotten, hometown values of quality and customer service to neighborhoods throughout the country. Quality food and fresh ingredients are the hallmarks of any Culver’s experience, but we understand that a great meal is so much more than just good food.

Culvers first opened its doors in Sauk City Wisconsin in the year of 1989. Craig and Lea Culver sensed it was destiny to open this restaurant with Craig’s parents. With the love of food and Custard, Culvers was created in the image of this family, even down to the mission statement which says “Every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy.” The family of Culvers focused their business around their customers. Everything had to be made with the best and finest ingredients, hospitality was crucial, and commitment was held in the hearts of all who helped build Culvers into what it is today.

Morehouse School of Medicine is an appealing option for pursuing my medical education. When reading Morehouse’s mission statement, improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities grasped my attention. My clinical experiences revolve around communities that are underserved, and sharing the same mission as Morehouse is key to becoming the physician I aspire to be. One of the things that stood out to me about Morehouse is the student run Good Samaritan Health Center. I am very interested about being involved with God Samaritan, because it is akin to the Siloam Family Health Center that I volunteer at, and it is an embodiment of Morehouse’s mission.

Boundless is dedicated to help people that need support especially women. We dedicate to give women in need clothing and make them prepare for any occasion. Boundless strives to help women move forward and become successful in whatever they want to accomplish. We do this by having designated bins in our stores where people can leave clothing that they no longer want. We do this because we want women to feel and look confident no matter the occasion.

Growing up in a small, rural community the majority of the population was uninsured and underserved. Access to primary healthcare was limited with most physicians’ offices being close to an hour drive one way. I grew up seeing both of my parents work two jobs and still having to make the decision to put their health on the back burner due to lack of finances or insufficient insurance coverage. This often led to numerous emergency department visits because of the lack of access to a primary care physician who could have provided preventative care. This was not only an issue within my home but throughout the town.

I would be privileged to become part of the family at Acadia University. All the academic challenges that I may face, I am willing to overcome. I am academically fit to go to Arcadia because I currently have a GPA of 4.27, which exceeds the average GPA of most freshmen enrolled. My PSAT scores from 2014 projected my SAT scores to be around 1400. Arcadia looks at various types of SAT scores and has no specific score to be eligible to attend.

I. Mission Statement with Goals When I entered the University of Arizona my main objective was to take advantage of all the learning opportunities offered during lectures and labs.
