“A friend will strengthen you with his prayers, bless you with his love, and encourage you with his love,” (Proverb Zone). Friendship is the helping of others by inviting them to be a part of one’s life. In Chris Crutcher’s Whale Talk, T.J. has to build a swim team that can achieve a letterman jacket to prove others wrong about themselves. Friendship is seen throughout many books including this one. In Whale Talk, Chris Crutcher demonstrates friendship ensures that people are not alone through school teams, anti-bullying, and mentorship.

Abstract This paper will provide a strategy point of view of the drugstore called CVS Healthcare Corporation. In addition, this paper will give the reader more information such their history, mission/vision statement and financial ratio analysis. Furthermore, I will give a SWOT analysis and take their weaknesses and threats to determine the top three strategies to improve their future business.

What is a friend? A common response to this question seems to be someone who accepts another for who they are. Another less used response to the same question is someone who leave another better than they once were. These two half definitions of friendship come to gather to explain that friend is someone who takes another how they already are and leaves that better than their previous state. True friendship often adds loyalty to ones character resulting in acts of courage.

When you think of family you might think of adults and their children, or kids who lost their parents but are still related to each other. The Outsiders by S.E Hinton tells otherwise. It shows that even if you are not related, you can still be family; you can still have love and affection for each other. In the book, there is a contradiction between the gang’s biological family and their “family”. There is connection shown between the greasers from the Socs in the blue Mustang to Johnny dying in the hospital not wanting to see his mother.

Especially, when they were there for each other in the good times and the bad. For this reason a good friendship includes teamwork, trust, and having adventures. First of all, why does trust help make an enduring friendship? One way trust helps make an enduring friendship is when Max carries Kevin on his shoulders, when Max puts Kevin on they can get around faster. Kevin trusts Max to carry him around since he can’t, Max also trusts Kevin to give him directions to get around.

A person’s hobbies say a lot about them as an individual. It is a universal truth that the people you surround yourself with have a major impact in shaping who you are, and the people that coincide with your interests can either change your life for better or for worse. For the past six years of my life, I have been a part of the fine arts community through band. Being a part of the band program has shaped who I am today as a person in many ways. It is in all parts my identity, interest, and talent, and in three to four months out of the year, it is my life.

People say friendship is key to life and i really think it is because they help you so much in ways you can't even explain.

The love of a family is life’s greatest blessing. In life, there is a universal desire for oneness among people—we want to belong. It is why we collaborate, support common causes, cheer for sports teams, feel nationalism; it’s why we build villages, towns, and cities. Families are where we connect ourselves in relationships to past, current, and future generations. For many, family is not only a blessing, but our greatest accomplishment.

Music carries each and every one of us to a new awareness. It can reach to the innermost part of an individual. Music can envelope our emotions from tears all the way to our joy. It captivates and motivates. As I attended a concert on Saturday, November 7, 2015, Lynyrd Skynyrd performed with power and feeling to their audience.

My life has been full of many opportunities to participate in things that I love and these opportunities have taught me fabulous lessons. Through my persistent hard work in the Clark high school marching band I have been very fortunate to learn important lessons about positivity, service and respect. Being in my high school’s marching band has drastically changed my life for the better. I would not have made it through all the curve-balls that school has thrown at me had it not been for the marching band, which taught me to find the positive in any and every situation. Working out and making countless mistakes in the scorching Texas heat does not seem like the ideal place to learn about positivity, however that is exactly what it is.

Friendship “A best friend is someone who you can talk to, who won’t judge you, loves you for you, and most of all, makes you feel like you are worth something.” Even though this is written by an anonymous person, it is still extremely empowering. During the novel Freak the Mighty, Max and Kevin demonstrated a strong friendship. In fact, when they accepted each other without judgment and made each other feel like they belonged, their friendship grows. Friendship is important because having a good friend can get you through rough and frustrating times.

The dog is often referred to as “Mans Best Friend.” This is due to the many good qualities of a dog. Such as their close relationships, loyalty, and companionship that appeals to humans. A dog can help a person mature and build responsibility through the care it requires. . Losing a pet can be heartbreaking because of the strong bond that a human and an animal can build over time.

The ultimate goal is to open the line of communication for the family with hopes they can listen and understand the different perspectives each of them present. Reference: Gerhart,

“Family” is a hard word to create a concrete definition for. If one were to ask three random people on the street, it is likely they will receive three completely different answers to defining a family. The textbook definition of family according to the etymology dictionary is: “Origin in early 15c. “servants of a household” from Latin familia “family servants, domestics collectively, the servants in a household.” The traditional dictionary describes family in a more narrow fashion stating, “a basic social unit consisting of parents and their children, considered as a group, whether dwelling together or not.”

The show brings happiness making people smile and laugh. It makes them care for the characters and connects with them on a personal level. Friends is a show that can be watched with friends, by yourself, when you're happy or sad. The show is a bonding experience and role model for a group of friends. It is uplifting and entertaining, so if you're feeling down you can watch it and start to laugh.
