CHAPTER 3
When I was ten years old. I had a dream of a plane crashing and a girl looking at me through fire. I had that dream for weeks at a time, and I would wake up screaming.
I remember a time when my mom was at church, but I was at home, sick, and my father was taking care of me. He opened up the baby aspirin, but the sound of turning the cap on the bottle scared me. I thought it sounded like fire when fire clicks. I haven’t had that dream for a while now.
My father told me his mother once took him to a witch doctor. Two girl cousins and his aunts and mom went with him to Los Angeles to see this witch doctor. The witch doctor said that no witch could touch him because he was very powerful. On the way home,

I heard a loud noise in the backyard, like a body or something was moving in the bushes. I got up to look, but nothing was there. I sat down to watch TV again, but there was the noise again. I ran to the door to catch whatever was there, but there was nothing. I told Danny, “I know I heard something out there, and there it goes again.
This time I ran to the door to catch what was making that noise, and I hid next to the door. There was a light moving around my front door in circles, like someone had a flashlight, moving it around. I stood sideways at the door, determined to catch whatever was there. When I stood sideways at the door to catch what was in the
bushes, I looked through the window on the door -and I saw a whole family. I shook my head, and said, “No way; this can’t be.” I saw a family, like someone was rolling a film in front of me. It was like history playing in front of me. I called my mother and told her I saw people eating on a table, a man with a beard, and someone that even looked like my mother. That night, I woke up every hour on the hour, to see if this was real. Yes, it was real; it was still there. Orange groves were there. They showed me the pioneer days -it all flashed right in front of my
Joseph Campbell’s, The Hero’s Journey, appears in the foundation of modern hero tales, such as drama, storytelling, myth, and religious rituals. The first step in The Hero’s Journey is the Departure phase, it’s where the hero has an unusual birth or early childhood and is forced to leave their everyday life to face the challenges that await them. Next, is the initiation phase, it’s where the real challenges and trials occur. The hero has a mentor or guide who gives them a special weapon or advice so that when the hero faces the darkest part, the temptation to give up or quit, they will transform and achieve their goal. Lastly, the return phase is when the hero returns home and is able to recognize the experiences the hero had in the other world.
I wasn’t dreaming. I didn’t imagine it. I heard his voice! He was begging, ‘Mom! Help me!’
Acts 12 NIV It was about this time that King Herod arrested some who belonged to the church, intending to persecute them. 2He had James, the brother of John, put to death with the sword. 3When he saw that this met with approval among the Jews, he proceeded to seize Peter also. This happened during the Festival of Unleavened Bread. 4After arresting him, he put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each.
I woke up early in the morning the only thing on my mind was to get a turkey. I walked out to my blind in pitch black dark, I had no idea what was around, but I knew where I was going. I made it to my blind while it was still pitch black out. As I sat there i listened to the various sounds around me, and through the slit slit in the corner of the blind that my gun was pointed through i watched as the sky turned from dark to light. I sat there, continuously calling, listening and watching for any type of

The genie didn’t outset like everyone knows him, he wasn’t omnipotent or even delighted in the beginning. Throughout his life, he had to agonize and put up with many events. However, you could say those advents made him who he is. At the beginning, he was a wonted person called Khalid, who didn’t enjoy an ecstatic life. Living in the streets, he had managed to withstand over time by doing small tasks and in extreme plights, by stealing.
Then he threw his knife to me and it stabbed me in my arm. I screamed with pain and I pulled the triggers unconsciously. Israel Hands screamed and fell from the mast into the sea.
As all this was happening, It was like I could see myself. I looked down at my face and tears were streaming, I was trying to move my arms and legs, but they were not moving. I had stopped
11:55 pm In the mess his wristwatch was the only semblance of order, the only way he could keep track of the time - the hours and minutes that passed from journey to journey, the knowledge of days, weeks or months now a relic he could only yearn to be blessed with. He didn't know how long he had been a vagrant, and right now it no longer mattered to him; however long it was it had grown amorphous and into a nagging reminder of his transient lifestyle, and now he found it all but inconsequential. He couldn't go back now - back to the hometown in which he once resided, back to the life he once lived; it was but a figment of imagination now - a nostalgic theatre so ingrained in the past it took upon an almost fictional form, like an old painting
I bolted upright to see what i could. However, I saw nothing. I could only reason that i'm still dreaming, but as my eyes adjusted, i could see the scene all too clear. I ran to my steps to see clouds of smoke filling my new home. I froze in disbelief, just trying to put together what was happening.
Three friends Sally, Ella and Cassie decided to go for a walk through the nearest forest because they wanted to go camping. They wanted to do something together without any adults but they weren’t sure how their parents would react to the idea. They asked their parents about it and to their surprise all their parents said that it was fine for them to do so. The three girls decided that they would be going for three – five weeks and they needed to make sure they called their parents everyday. They had to also make sure that they had enough supplies to keep them going for time.
I felt a cold breeze throughout the house like I was in a field out in the wind. I got up and my father was still here he told me to go out and get the garbage. I went and did that my drive way was really long so it took me about a minute to get it to the curb. On my way back I heard a scream like I had never heard before. The sound hit me like a bullet.
One night at exactly ten o'clock Ella Chesterman, a fifteen year old, heard a loud and strange noise. She looked around as scared as a mouse trying to see where the sound originated from. She heard the noise again and arose her parents and her brother, Brayden. After her family arose the sound occurred again and her family rushed outside to find out where it was coming from. There appeared to be nothing strange outside until…
I wake up one morning with sweat dripping down my forehead and i 'm breathing very heavily. My dad comes in the room because of how scared I was. He asks me “what 's wrong?” I say “I had a dream that I was in a coma from getting hit so hard and everyone was around me crying.” I get to school and i 'm around all of my friends
It was late at night and I could not stay awake. I was woke up in the middle of the night to a weird whispering sound. When my eyes came into focus, I almost fainted. In my room were 8 orbs of the brightest light circled around me. I was terrified.
