It seem as though there are alot of problems with drugs and young pregnancies there. Your city's resources will hvae to take care of those who don't do it for themselves by getting insured. So getting the word out is very important. We have the same issues here in my county. Your median income waas surprising I thought my was low, but yours tops it in Detroit. The purpose of these recommendations and changes is really to bridge the gap for low income families in terms of purchasing and receiving health care.
