For a considerable length of time the nations of the European mainland were in little clashes for the extension of their regions, yet these were settled through diplomacy or here and now wars. Some of these nations were buried in inward political clashes with the introduction of new patriot and financial dreams, and uprisings and common clashes against governments were normal. Thus, this extraordinary war, the World War I, awesome for its shocking results not for its own particular significance, which took place from 1914 to 1918, set the capable European powers in a fratricidal battle; where the vital regional interests of control over the nations colonized by these (Europeans) had a central part in its start and advancement. Be that as it may, the business and money related world squeezed for the war, on the grounds that notwithstanding assume a major business would serve to have controlled the number of inhabitants in their nation; that each time was more disappointed and embittered by the emergency that stretched out by the
As the situation in Europe developed into a stalemate between the Allies and the Central powers, actions taken against civilians, namely US citizens, angered the United States. Despite the mounting incentive for war, many Americans were hesitant about joining a war on the other side of the world. However, all of this changed on April 6, 1917, when Congress passed President Wilson’s resolution for war. With public opinion unsure about their participation, the government had to build public support and refocus the entire economy on the war effort. In the interest of preparing for and supporting the war, Congress gave President Wilson control over the economy, allowing him to regulate and nationalize any war-related industries.
Wilson viewed America as a nation of peace and he wanted to preserve this view. However, as time went on, the little things the U.S did while claiming its neutrality started to matter. Germans retaliated to the U.S trade with the Allies. One thing led to another and the U.S joined the war under the Allies’
Throughout 1916 the Americans held fast to the hope of not becoming involved in the war. However, there hopes slowly started to fade as they began to realize that the war was going to happen. Not only did Woodrow Wilson believe that the war was the answer to America’s problem, he also expected Americans to jump into supporting the war. When American’s disagreed with the war, the government began to forcefully make them agree.

The way the war effected women is that they had to take care of family in addition to performing work normally done by men. During World War II, women were not being underestimated as much in the work industry. The war allowed women to be able to do a “man’s job” and do it well or even better. World War II had allowed women to work more and be granted to be able to do jobs like government work, office work, and even do steelwork. The females have every right that a man would have if he was drafted, but the females would have the choice to be in that position. Many women are in the military.
