Being a dentist means you need to be trained in hiring staff, and choosing who will be best with your patients and work well with the other staff. It is very important for the new employes to be confident in their roles and positions so they perform at their best. On a daily basis dentists get to see many different people and do different tasks. Being a dentist means you get to fill cavities, look at x-rays, whiten teeth, treat gum diseases, pull teeth, take measurements and make models for dentures, and teach patients how to prevent oral health problems.
