Have you ever wondered why you get to miss school for Christmas but not Eid? This is because we follow the Christian calendar. Due to the fact that there are other religions, cultures and holidays in Canada, It is unfair that most schools don't close on any non-christian days. This can result in people missing school and work for their respective holidays. Countries like Canada should not follow one certain religious calendar.
