There were many different ways to perceive it, and ways to interpret it. Some people might have an idea of who was at fault in Romeo and Juliet's death, and that leads into this essay. The first person I blame is romeo. Poison doesn't seem like a fun way to die, so I gave him that but it still was pretty stupid of him. I mean, people running away because of who they love isn't really that uncommon. It still happens today, but I don't really think it's because of a family argument. If he was rich, he could have just hired someone to get juliet and run away with her. i respect her decision to stay a virgin, but she did reject romeo, making him fall in love with juliet and then in turn, killing himself. Her pledge to Diana is something that would probably shock others around her, but her decision is respectable. Romeo did overreact in my opinion, i think some other issues might play into why he did it, but in the end rosaline did cause the ending of his life. Her choices were limited, and she had no way of knowing the outcome of her decision. Ultimately, it was the actions of Friar Lawrence and Romeo that set the tragedy in motion. When Romeo thought she was dead he killed himself, so when she woke up next to his dead body she killed herself which was obviously not an intelligent idea. Juliet can be blamed for her role in the tragedy, as she was not completely blameless. Despite being a victim of circumstances, she still chose to take a risk and go along with Friar Lawrence's plan.

In “Romeo and Juliet” the ones to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death are themselves. Romeo is responsible for Juliet and his death. Because of Romeo’s rage of killing Tybalt he was banished from the town and was made to live far away from Juliet, causing her grief. Juliet’s grief ends up killing her, because she threatens to kill herself if Friar Lawrence doesn’t help her make a plan to get back with Romeo. The plan ends up messing up, and both Romeo and Juliet die.
