The American revolution all started because of taxes. The colonist got really mad at the British for taxing all of their important goods. The british always treated the colonist poorly since they came and invaded their homes. By this time the british were sick and tired of the colonists so they started a war.

Later, the Chesapeake Affair only heightened tensions between the United States and Great Britain when three men who were believed to be from Great Britain joined the U.S.S Chesapeake. The British asked for their return and Jefferson denied this request. Jefferson placed an order for British ships to leave American waters. Tensions were extremely high.

American colonists definitely did not agree because why should Great Britain win the war and not pay a thing when they did not sacrifice near as much. Madison ended up passing the Non-Intercourse Act which allowed foreign trade with all countries, except France and Great Britain to try and stimulate the economy. This move was still not the answer, as the war between the two countries was still affecting American trade, ending in Madison declaring war. The war of 1812 occurred for several reasons; to protect free trade and sailors’ rights, put an end to British- inspired Indian attacks on American settlements, and to gain the territory of Canada. Although war was declared, the military and the country were not adequately prepared for the fight. The economy was weak and would become weaker as the British blocked American ports, hindering trade.

So with that being said there are the events that led the Boston Massacre to The American Revolutionary War. All the acts made people mad and made them act out. British was mad when all their tea got dumped into the sea. The riot in the streets made higher authorities mad that nobody would listen The shot heard around the world set everyone over the edge and that sparked the war. The French Indian War, which was between Britain and France for domination of North America was the fuse that lit The American Revolution. The fuse would ignite three causes that created war. There were many causes for the American Revolutionary War, In my opinion, I think it had a big part of the World when it Happened. One cause for the war was the bad Taxation that was going on at the time. The British Government started to tax the American Colonies for further reasons. The Boston Tea Party had a big part on why there was a war. The Tea party was an interesting time.
