Before the televisions were created there was only radios and the time to keep people entertained. The radios were created in the 20th century for broadcasting music and live broadcasting. Originally it was usually the same the songs were repeated over and over again until there were more artists who started to record more music and that’s when radio become popular with home entertainment for years and years.
The word television was used now and again in the early 1900s, but it wasn’t until 1940 when the actual television was created. The reason why television was created was to bring families and loved ones who enjoy entertainment together. Baseball has been widely considered as "America's game" for quite a while now, but has changed dramatically from 1876. The television helped make baseball popular across America, bats and balls players used had majorly evolved to benefit them, and rules have drastically changed which changed the way players played the game. People today spend up to 319.2 minutes on television everyday! The television has dramatically changed since its invention in the 1920's, the first commercials were aired in 1940, and the television has played a pivotal role in human society. In the earlier years, the television was characterized by their tiny screens, black and white images, and turn-dial knobs. Television was simply the next logical step beyond the radio.

John Logie Baird started constructing a functional television shortly after the World War I in the South Coast of England. In 1924, he finally made progress when he transmitted a flickering image across the space of several feet, then in 1925, he created the first real television picture in grayscale, with the use of a ventriloquist 's dummy and then a human face. The TV was brought into the eyes of many people in 1926, when John Logie Baird presented the device in presence of 50 scientists. John’s main goal was to provide a new source of entertainment which can help bring families together.

The organization is less profitable if competitive forces are high. The model specifies where the actual power lies (Jurevicius, 2013).
