REPORTER: The reporter/brother-in-law (Edward) called to report neglect for the victim, Robert. Robert is in ICU; he can not talk or perform his daily ADL’s. According to the reporter, Brittany has POA for the victim, and she is neglecting him by not going to the hospital. The reporter said someone called at 7am, and asked did she want to have the victim “place in an induced com or let him die”. The reporter said Brittany said she didn’t have any gas money to go to the hospital. The reporter said the victim is dying from diabetes and methamphetamine abuse. The reporter said Brittany is receiving Roberts check (700 dollars); she’s been receiving it since 2011. According to the reporter, she is spending the check

Shauna reported that this summer her son came home and told his parents that teacher Yolanda pulled his hair. They thought maybe it was an accident. The Officer returned to the facility and spoke with the manager 'Chris" who initially stated he could not recall the event mentioned however after the Officer interviewed the staff person (Abundio) the manager was able to recall an incident involving 86 year old resident Gloria Jassen 's attempt to leave the facility. According to the Officer the manager remembered Gloria bleeding form her leg. The manager disclosed to the Officer that Gloria has skin cancer that causes several lesions on her legs. Furthermore the manager revealed that Gloria has a history of kicking him as well as other staff members. The manager subsequently revealed that Gloria 's family is aware of her attempts to leave the facility.

According to the reporter, Tiffany (mother) does not have a stable home environment for the children; she is going from house to house. Tiffany drops Skyler off with the babysitter (Ossie) and left her for 3 weeks (unknown when), without any food; the child (Skyler) complains about being hungry. Skyler’s hair is nappy and mom doesn’t care about her.

Acording to Brown the woman who is taking care of her father is a girlfriend by the name of Gale Bowman. Her father whos name is Dewey Gressel is 82 years old and is dying of colen and lung cancer.
