Methodology serves to explain the explicit and implicit assumptions adopted by the researcher during the entire research process. Methodology serves as the foundation upon which the entire research is built. The chosen research methodology then identifies, to a large extent, the research methods for data collection and data analysis (Creswell, 2003; Denzin and Lincoln, 2000).
3.4 Action Research
Action research has been selected as an Inductive, qualitative methodology that is capable of exploring both facts and the meanings attributed to a social situation by the actors.
Action research has been understood by board researchers in a diversity of habits but there are four topics in the literature. First topic emphases on the reason of the

It is a qualitative research technique for the report of difficult social behaviour from a sociological attitude. In grounded theory, the researcher is encouraged to develop some level of abstraction, objectivity and sensitive to words and statements throughout the research process (Patton, 1990).
Grounded theory is an Inductive, qualitative methodology that is capable of exploring both facts and the meanings attributed to a social situation by the actors. It is explicitly theory building. The categories and concepts are grounded in the data, which gives them validity in the real world, but the interpretation and construction of theory results from the researcher's interaction with the data. In grounded theory, the researcher is encouraged to develop some level of abstraction, objectivity and sensitive to words and statements throughout the research process (Patton, 1990). It is therefore worth considering grounded theory methodology for examining managerial

A method is a realistic application of preparing research. Regardless of the philosophical stance or paradigm of enquiry adopted in a research project, it is possible to use a combination of research methods when collecting data (Howell, 2013).
Saunders et al., (2007) identify two main kinds of data that emerge in a research project. They are primary data gathered for the specific purpose of the project and secondary data, which are collected from other sources mainly from academic journals, articles and text books. Primary data can be collected through a number of different methods outlined below:
Questionnaire: As observed by Collis and Hussey (2003), questionnaire is a record of wisely organised questions, selected after substantial testing, with an opinion to causing dependable replies from a selected sample. There are two types of questionnaires. First is self-administered questionnaires which are managed electronically through the internet or intranet, sent to respondents or delivered by hands to each respondent and gathered later and the second is interviewer administered, recorded on the base of each respondent's reply (Saunders et al.,
Thematic analysis allows for the identification, construction and labeling of recurrent themes and the interpretation of these themes in the context of the research question. For the purposes of this study we will consider relationships between themes and consider developing a conceptual model of the data given our overarching objective to develop an evaluation and implementation tool. Thus, our project will use thematic analysis with tenets of grounded theory. Grounded theory aims to develop a conceptual understanding of a phenomenon with the resulting constructed theory being co-developed by the research team and participants. Interviews will be done virtually
n research methods, every researcher uses a procedure or a means of measurement to collect data. For example, three types of basic measurement collection are self-reports, observational, and physiological. Each method has their pros and cons in research. Depending on the research you are conducting these methods of measurement can either guide you to great discovery the pro, or skew your data making it unreliable the con. Observational measure is the method of measuring behaviors by directly observing subjects (Leary, M. R. (2011).
1. In class we have been discussing a variety of themes aNd topics for example: we watched a class divided film which talked about discrimination and how people who are going through this can be affected. Also we read and learned about Malcolm X and Martin Luther King and how they found for what they wanted or believe. Lastly we read the article “soup.” 2.
ction and background information The first consideration of case study research method emerged around 1900, mostly within the discipline of anthropology. From early accounts of journeys, systematic investigations of other cultures in the form of field studies emerged, with participant observation as the predominant method of data collection. Another source of case study methodology has been provided by descriptions of individuals within medicine, social work and psychology, often called “case work” or “case history”. The first generation of case studies culminated in the Chicago school of sociology, in which the anthropologist’s field study method was practised on contemporary society in the university surroundings
1.3 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY The research methodology used for the project is purely doctrinal in nature. Secondary sources like books and articles have been referred to for the understanding of the author’s (Talcott Parsons) work, his views and ideas as a dominant figure in the field of sociological theorizing. 1.
3- Methodology, which includes sampling design, research design, collecting information, information analysis and limitations. 4- Findings, which includes conclusions and recommendations
Data in the current research will be obtained through the qualitative research study design. Qualitative research is exploratory, and it is used when we don’t know what to expect, to define the problem or develop an approach to the problem (Mora, 2010). Case studies are defined as qualitative research studies that focus on groups or individuals. The two main characteristics are: First, they investigate a certain phenomenon within its real life occurrence. Second, they are used when no clear boundaries exist between the factor being investigated and its context in real life.
A Study of Cultural Default and Translation Compensation in Hawkes’ Version The Story of the Stone Volume I 1 Introduction 1.1 Background Information With the development of globalization and the increase of international impact of China in the world, more and more western countries are attaching importance to the study of Chinese culture. As an ancient civilization with more than five thousand years of history, China has formed its own unique and splendid culture and language. Language cannot exist without culture while culture cannot be conveyed without language.
INTRODUCTION This is a key framework of sociological theory. It depend on symbols and their meaning. The words we use to describe our behaviour and the behaviour of others is very important. To elaborate further and get into detail about this theory, firstly the theory and key terms have to be defined, secondly the major proponents and tenets, thirdly the history of the theory, fourthly the purpose of the theory, fifthly the significance of the theory for social work practice, followed by the epistemology, consistency with social work values and ethics, implication of the theory, position of the theory on the population served by the social worker, strength and weakness, relevance of Intersectionality, critical perspective on contemporary issues
In addition, qualitative research is primarily exploratory and includes case studies, ethnographies, grounded
It is primarily a subject oriented approach. In other words, the applicability of methods is mostly focused on the subject. Using qualitative research methodology, the researcher strives to comprehend the broad spectrum. The focus is on analysing the large volumes of data in a scientific and empirical way. This analysis relies on a particular case study, journals, online surveys and others.
In today’s world countless new products are emerging into markets, their advertisements are cluttering the media channels and the availability of variety of brands causes a consumer’s attention to become divided where they are often left confused as to which brand to opt for. Marketers, in this situation, use celebrity endorsement as a tool to cut through all the media clutter and manage to grasp the attention of their target consumer, triumphantly. A celebrity endorser has a profound impact on the consumers and celebrity endorsement has been undertaken by many scholars and researchers due to the importance it holds in the advertising world.

It was applied from the research to find out how well mindfulness therapy and bibliotherapy interventions are effective and comparison between the two interventional groups related to adolescents developmental transitional identity anxiety among early adolescents. 4.2.

Approach is a conceptual structure that is a portion of a study which decides the analyst's epistemological and sociological position. Marsh maintains that the research approach is the strategy implemented into executing a part of a research study. The selection of a research project is commonly associated with how humans perceive the global society which represents how a scholar pursues for completing his or her research study or the selection of approach. In the account of social study, it imposes a different variety of thoughts that rely on how the global community can be understood. As Bryman (2007) states that the approaches are not only unbiased elements, they are related to the methods which sociological scholars visualize the association amongst various perspectives about the essence of social realism and by what means it is to be studied.
