November Shifts are running smoother. I overheard the older workers discussing how customers are going to slow down from now until January because of the family seasons and how usually customers increase again after income tax season. Additional new member joins the honeybees which makes the total of 4 new workers within the past month. Open until now the decorations went from “Back to School”, to “Working on the Fall”, to it’s “Football Season”, to “Happy Thanksgiving”. One of the older servers who been at the restaurant for years I 've been promoted to manager at a different location. If we do not experience different things, then we become stagnant and will not grow in our everyday lives. It becomes very important to recognize when there is a need for change. When our lives plateau or we recognize that there is a need to improve in some way, then we need to take the necessary steps to make us happy and satisfied. While it is important to learn how to handle different situations, there are many times where we don’t necessarily desire change. There are times when we have no control over what is happening in our lives. Then, there are other times when we become the thought leader or the force driving that change. We have to look at our circumstances, we have to look at our lives, we have to look at the events surrounding us, and ask ourselves what will be our response? How can I take a proactive approach to this situation? For example, if there is someone seeking a job transition, they’re probably in a career right now doing the same thing they’ve been doing for quite a long time. Though they’re very good at their job, they’ve become complacent, and it doesn’t challenge them anymore. They desire to do more, to do something different. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I just wanted to give you all a couple of updates. I was giving students book bucks for reading at home each night. The students could then redeem their book bucks for a reward. Keeping track of all of the book bucks and rewards has gotten to be confusing.

Being able to accept development is hard but it is not impossible, accepting changes makes it easier to pursue through tasks. Change is a huge part of growing up.
Thanksgiving Thanksgiving is the most stimulating holiday. There is an extreme amount of food to see, smell and taste, along with emotions associated with seeing family. The whole feeling of Thanksgiving is warmer and different than most holidays. Aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and siblings stand in a circle around a table laden with food. Their hands are linked.
The way people have celebrated Thanksgiving has changed over the years. The first people to celebrate Thanksgiving were the Indians and Pilgrims. They had a large, traditional feast. Today, families celebrate Thanksgiving in different ways that are more modern and fit their lifestyle. One thing that some families do that is similar is eat common Thanksgiving foods.
Do we really need to create a law that requires all businesses to close for Thanksgiving? No, because for the simple fact businesses only stay open during the Thanksgiving Holiday because of the amount of revenue it receives from the customers within the community. It is not always about how much money will be lost or gained, but how someone celebrates Thanksgiving. Some people do not get the opportunity to spend that time with family because they are stuck at work trying to supply for their family. Even though some may argue that, creating a law to close businesses on Thanksgiving would violate some people Freedom of Religion and/or Belief.
The Environment Can Control In times of difficulty, individuals tend to change who they are. For example, when one tends to grow up and go through the stages of adulthood, they change their ways in which they act or think. Situations and environment are able to control and manipulate an individual. Situations can become so severe that they can lead to savagery in one’s individual environment.

Gratitude is a feeling expressed through thanksgiving to God.

A negative change can ultimately have a positive outcome. Change is not always bad, but in order for it to be good you need to make it good. Change occurs all the time, and it happens to everyone at one point in his or her life.
Since the beginning of the Earth, humans have slowly shown Earth how they can adapt to the surroundings that change ever so slightly. Change is an occurring theme that forces humans with decisions that affect the rest of their lives. It alters our thinking, understanding, and morals. Unlike other organisms, feelings are also a major impact that drives humans to form extensive choices. This alone causes some humans feel as if it is the biggest compelling reason to change based on how they feel about something or someone.
