Dorothy day was November 8,1897 in Brooklyn Heights Neighborhood in Brooklyn NY. She died November 29, 1980. Dorothy was born into a strong, patriotic, middle class family. Her father was John day and her mother was Grace Satterlee. They both were journalist.

Isabella Baumfree, now known as Sojourner Truth, was born into slavery in 1797, though her birthdate was not recorded.​ Isabella Baumfree protested when John Dumont , Isabella Baumfree 's previous owner whom she ran away from, sold her son, Peter, to a family in Alabama.​ Two white lawyers, whom we don 't know the name of, in New York gave Baumfree free legal help and liberated Peter through the courts. ​ Sojourner Truth moved to Battle Creek, Michigan, in 1857 and became active there helping black people escape on the Underground Railroad to freedom.

Rhianna Parks is a hair stylist and is currently working at The Studio Salon located in Stuart, Florida. Jordan High School in Durham, North Carolina being the one she graduated from. She attended college at Stanford where she received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and medieval history in 1976.

She devoted herself to the Catholic faith and as time went on spent more and more of an effort trying to help others in need. Within a span of 20 to 30 years, she killed about 400 babies. No one was sure why she did it, but when she was asked one day, she said “After I got a baby something seemed to say in my ear, “get rid of it””. Amelia Dyer was born in 1837, and as a child, her life wasn’t that great.

Anthony was in favor of abolitionism as she was a fierce activist in the anti-slavery movement before the civil war. Susan Anthony was born on February 15, 1820, in Adams, Massachusetts, and before becoming a famous feminist figure, she worked as a teacher. Anthony grew up in a Quaker family that made her spend her time working on social causes. And her father was an owner of a local cotton mill.
