On 7-23-2015 at about 1956 hours I was dispatched to an unwanted subject at the Shell Gas Station at 1439 Auburn Way N, Auburn, King, WA. Enroute dispatch advised that a male was at the location emptying the trash and was refusing to leave when asked by the employee/reporting party, Hany Malak. The subject was described as wearing a black shirt and black shirts. Upon arrival at the location, I saw the employee, Malak, in a verbally altercation with a male matching the description. They were located on the north side of the gas station in between the gas pump stalls. I walked over and quickly spoke to Malak who stated he had asked the male to leave several times and he was refusing to leave. Malak later provided a video statement,
Eric Harris was a teen psychopath that did not have plans for the future except his plans for the massacre. Dick Hickock was also a psychopath that had a criminal record, which consisted of writing bad checks and petty theft. The motives, the ways of manipulation, and the faults in their plans are a few things that make Eric and Dick different. In Eric’s plan, he did not target anyone specific.
On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
On 03-27-16 at 1436 hours, I was dispatched to 777 E. Colorado Boulevard (Target) regarding a vandalism investigation. Dispatched advised the suspect was a female Black, wearing a dark grey shirt, dark grey leggings and a white hat
ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. The reporting party, identified as Suella Feggans, requested I contact her via phone call. She stated to San Mateo County Communications her brother-in-law, later identified as S1 Ricardo Sainz, hit her mother, later identified as Linda West, with a metal pipe and threw her down a flight of stairs for a phone call request by reporting party Suella Feggans, identified via RIMS database, regarding her mother, being hit with a metal pipe and being pushed down the stairs by her brother-in-law. I identified RP Feggans mother, Linda West via RIMS database. I placed a phone
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male laying next to the front door of the property. The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention.
On 12/09/2015, at approximately 1518 hours, this Officer received a call via radio and directed to Main and Lloyd Street for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. This officer and Officer Brown responded to the scene. When Officers arrived on scene I observed a 93 year old female lying in the middle of Main Street (State Route 924). The female was later identified as Agnes E. Ferguson (DOB: 7/24/22) who resides at 37 West Coal Street Shenandoah, PA 17976. A silver Subaru was stationary in the northbound lane of Main Street (SR 924) near Agnes.
On 02/12/2016 at about 0830 HRS Scott Chisholm came into the Barton County Sheriff's Office and reported that his machine shed had been entered and items stolen from it again last night. This is the 2nd time in less than a week his shed had been burglarized. I responded to the scene, in the 400 block of SE 20 Ave, on the west side. I followed Chisholm across the sand drive into the grass so as not to disturb any tire impressions or possible shoe impressions. The maching shed sets about 100 yds west of SE 20 Av and has several implements in the area as well.
On September 6, 2015 at approximately 8:21pm I, Deputy Tucker George, checked en route to the Shell Gas Station in Hawkins, Texas 75765, Located at 102 East front street in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival I located the complainant Michele Turner inside the Shell station sitting at a small table on the North wall of the building just inside the door. Michele Turner appeared to be intoxicated upon my arrival and displayed multiple signs of intoxication throughout the process of conducting my investigation. Michele Turner was unable to provide detailed information in regards to her assault, but did state the house at which she had been and was assaulted was a known dope house. 2. What would have been the proper investigative steps to take? The right investigative steps would be to watch the man and when they had probable cause or enough evidence for a warrant then they could take action. They could ask to come in and if he lets them in and they find something in plain view then they can use that to arrest him.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
I knocked on the door, announced I was the Police, told Oleg he was under arrest for an order violation, and advised him to come outside. I heard a male inside the playhouse ask multiple times why we were there, and heard someone walking back and forth inside. After a few minutes, a male, who identified himself as Oleg, came outside. I placed Oleg into handcuffs and again advised him he was under arrest for violation of an order. Officer Benavente advised Oleg of his Constitutional Rights, and Oleg said he understood and was willing to speak with Police.
On 10/26/16 CM went to unit #222 due a complaint that water was coming from that unit causing some damages to the ceiling in unit #122, situation that has been happing before and was fixed by the maintenance personal. CM ask Ms. Footman was happen she say that anything was fine in her unit, however based on CM observation , the bathroom tub was wet , signs that someone recently took a shower but the floor was dry. Ms. Footman denied having any flood in the unit at that moment. On 11/27/16 CM went to conduct the Safe Sleep inspection with the DHS Compliance Analyst Jeanette Chirico, while in the second floor we went to unit #222 assigned to Ms. Tiana Footman and her three children.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
