On June 10th, 1912 a tragedy happened. A family of 6 and 2 guests were murdered in Villisca, Iowa. The police have no idea who it could be but they did find the Axe by the 2 guest in between their beds. They all had severe wounds. The crime remains unsolved. Steven Laursen Jr., age 37, was critically injured on a early Friday, 1912. He had stabbed himself multiple times after being there one night. It is to be said that the paranormal activity starts happening around 2:00 a.m to 5:00 a.m. A heavy feeling in the main stairway of the house.

He was a cruel person when he made kate believe that they were friends. As I read in the book, it stated that Miro had said he almost trusted a girl, he let his guard down , because he thought she was docile and helpless. He was being cruel when he had shot Kate because she distracting him by telling him Artkin was his father.

However, the sacrifice of Pulaski was the biggest and most frightening. Pulaski became a ranger at age forty and had several previous jobs as a firefighter, miner, and inventor. Pulaski was a great assistant since he helped each and every person at his own expense.

The victims, Alexander Smith and and Rebecca Smith, were a wealthy, well- respected married couple who ran Smith farm. George Weeks, the Smiths farmhand, was reporting for work the monday after the murder and heard the dog barking from the work-shed by the Smiths house. George Weeks then became suspicious since the dog was usually inside with Mr. Smith. George then looked in the house and saw that the east room window was broken and Mr. and Mrs. Smith were lying on the floor covered in blood.
