Every day I am responsible for everything that happens on my side of the building. This includes building strong relationships with customers and offering them a total solution, effectively selling tech services and coaching my team to do the same, performing intakes on customer computers (both new and existing), overseeing the repairs being done on our tech bench, ensuring we keep a quick turn around time on all of our tech work, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction both in my department and throughout the store. Outside of making sure every customer has a fantastic experience when visiting my store, I also have several other responsibilities. If a customer contacts the business because of a damaged product, customer service will be the first to receive the contact and are the frontline of dealing with customers. Their goal is to keep customer satisfaction levels up and make sure customers are happy. Marketing are in-charge of finding out what people want, hence why they do market research. They find out what people want so they can sell those types of products and keep sales up.
In this assignment i will be explaining how focusing on customers and how providing really good customer service is important in retailing. I will also be looking into the various ways customer service and sales techniques have changed in Tesco. Barnardo’s had a group over 1160 employees and over 8500 volunteers who staff and look after Barnardo 's shops. Barnardo’s also has a support team who have to take care of the Fiancé, Gift Aid, Marketing, Recycling, and last but not least Volunteer Recruitment. In Barnardo’s bigger shops, they would have to employ both a a Deputy Branch Retail Manager and a Branch Retail Manager. Customer service is really important for a business like Barnardo’s because as a branch retail manager they are responsible for every little aspect of the running shop. The three most important tasks I regularly perform is taking care of SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevent Plan), creating weekly work plans, and running the daily huddles with all the subcontracotrs. It’s my responsibily to make sure to do SWPPP inspections twice a week, and fix any problems that can lead to violations. As for weekly work plans, I have to collect every subcontractors’ tasks for the following meek, and put it into an excel sheet so we can go over it at the foreman’s meeting with the senior superintendent. Using the weekly work plans, I go through every single task and ask each subcontractor’s foreman if they completed it during the daily huddles. All three tasks are assigned by the senior superitendent.
I agree that our jobs as Rad Tech is different than many others because we deal with many others people like (Radiologist, Nurses, Patients, patients family, Equipment, PACS, and IT teeam) which making our job harder to be stress free. I agree that one of the best ways to create better work environment is to build a good relationship between Rad tech and mangers.

There has to be constant communication between the business unit and the merchandise dept. to keep up with changing market trends and needs. The ordering of merchandise must be done with proper planning, keeping budgets, special promotions etc. The size of the business unit, the monthly turnover, nearest warehouse are all determining factors in the ordering of merchandise.

Working in the bank enabled me to understand some aspects of being successful as a customer representative.
