2200- At 10:42 pm as the writer was performing front desk duties a resident who lives in 508 called and said that there was someone banging on her door. So the writer then went upstairs to go see what was going on. Once the writer went up there the writer notice that no one was at the door, the resident heard me and opened her door to speak to the writer, however the second she came to the door a man dropped out of the stairwell and barged into the resident’s home. The resident then told the writer to call the police; while she was telling the writer to call the police the man was searching the women’s home going into her room and checking to see if someone was in there with the resident. The writer told him that he had to leave that very moment or else the writer would call the police. The man agreed to leave the building but first he wanted to speak to the resident, at that point the writer told the resident to shut their door and call the authority. The writer to escorted the man out of the building and while the writer was doing so the writer could smell alcohol off the man and the man tried to explain to the writer that he just wanted to have a few word with the resident. The writer explained to him that the resident did not want to speak to the man and that if the writer saw him again in the building the writer would call the police. The man left the building and the writer made sure that he was off of the property. The writer then called the resident if it was okay for the writer to come up and speak to the resident, the resident agreed and so the writer went
Roberta said on 06/20/2017 Remington called and said he was on his way to Roberta 's home. Roberta said Remington was going to her home because nobody to answer his calls. Roberta said Remington sent a picture of the back porch of her home. Roberta said Remington did not have permission to be at the home. Roberta said a family member went to her home and noticed the door to the kitchen

Ms. Rabb stated that no one will move in with the family if an apartment is offered to the family. Also, Ms. Rabb stated that she is not pregnant either anyone in the household is attending any special program. She called Sunkissed to advise the company to move the heater indoors. She was afraid the heater might be damaged or stolen. The heater remained in her driveway for four days. When Marilyn noticed that the heater had been removed she again called Sunkissed, but she was told “not to worry.” When Sunkissed showed up to install the heater, they realized that the heater had been stolen.
On 12/02/16 I arrived at 6616 Noble Road in reference to a burglary call. Upon arrival I made contact with Gene Carmical. Mr. Carmical said sometime between 1230 hours and 1400 hours, this date, someone entered his residence through a window on the northeast corner of his residence and took several items including guns and gold and silver coins. Mr. Carmical showed me where entry was made into his residence. At this location, I observed where someone had broken the upper sash of a window in a screened-in patio which is connected to the residence at the den.
On 7/9/15 worker made an unannounced visit to the residence of Ms. Bernice Connell, for the purpose of making first victim contact. Ms. Kayley McKinnon, granddaughter-in-law of Ms. Connell greeted worker at the door and showed worker to Ms. Connell 's room. The room was cluttered but did not present with an odor. Ms. Connell was lying in bed watching TV, she was appropriately dressed with good personal hygiene. Ms. Connell stated she had lived with her son, Earnest McKinnon, and daughter-in-law, Arlinda McKinnon, for two years.

On October 3, 1974, at around 10:45 pm, Elton Hymon and Leslie Wright of the Memphis Police Department were responding to a “prowler on the inside” call. They made the scene and observed a woman in the house next to the intended home of the call. She was standing on her front porch pointing at the house. She advised that she had heard glass breaking and someone was breaking into the house next door. As Wright showed both officers on the scene on his radio to dispatch, Hymon went to the rear of the house.
The reporter provided limited information because she stated that: 'She has already provided this information to the hotline. "The reporter wants someone to gets Jackson from the mom. Jilian cussed people out and got into a cussed match with the neighbor. The police were called on 11-16-17. On 11-16-17, Jilian refused to sign a form for bedbug, because the next door neighbor has bed bug.
Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
When they arrived, a neighbor flagged the officers. The neighbor told them that she heard glass breaking next door. Hymon’s partner contacted dispatch while he headed to the backyard. Edward Garner Ran across the backyard and stopped to climb a six foot tall fence at the edge of the yard. Hymon shined his flashlight and Ganer and was able to see that Garner didn’t have a weapon.
On 03/02/2017, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1551 hours I was in Human Resources when I heard other officers get dispatched to Jardine Hall Room 201 for a panic alarm. I notified dispatch that I would be enroute since Human Resources in close to Jardine Hall. When I was approaching Jardine, I observed a male wearing a hat with shoulder length curly hair standing outside the front doors on the east side of Jardine. As I was entering the building, I walked past the male.
Use of force is the amount of force used in a given situation during police work. The police are supposed to follow the continuum when it come to using force. This continuum is known as the “Use of Force Continuum”. Despite this, use of force is still a constant problem in policing. There are many cases where a cop are sued for using more force than necessary, sometimes on purpose and sometimes by accident.
Finally, I would like to look at a podcast called Serial. The first season of Serial follows the murder of a high school senior Hae Min Lee in 1999. After searching for six weeks, her body is found buried in the local park. Her ex-boyfriend, Adnan, is arrested and charged with her murder. However, Sarah Koenig, host of Serial, believes there is something fishy about the case from the start.
Corruption is a type of misconduct and offense in which the police break their contract and oath by abusing their power for personal gain or even for departmental gain. Examples of types of police corruption a. Bribery- police officer receives bribes so that they cannot write tickets for people who have gone against the law for example, from prostitutes and gambling, bribery does not only affect the united states but its world spread, examples of other countries with highest percentage of bribery are Pakistan and France. b. Assault on suspects- police officers use excessive force on suspects leading to injuries and at times suspects end up dying in their custody. Some police officers have been charged with murder of suspects in their custody.
