“Well, you’re all done.” As I Flicked my tongue across my teeth, an odd satisfying feeling came over me. No more metal, that disgusting, horrifying taste of metal was finally gone. My orthodontist handed me the mirror. I hesitated initially, but as I looked at my reflection, everything around me seemed to light up, not because of my obviously eye-blinding teeth, but because of the confidence that started to ooze out of me.

When it comes to college, many people find themselves wondering whether it’s really worth it. The answer? Yes! With benefits such as higher pay and better job options, the value of a college education cannot be denied.

Thousands of people who graduate high school consider the option of going straight into the work force or going to college to further your education. However some don’t consider college because of the cost of tuition. College is worth the expense of tuition because even though student loan debt and tuition can be a problem there are ways out of that situation. The first reason college is worth the expense of tuition is that Scholarships help pay for school.

Finding a job can be difficult but often times when and employer sees the level of education one has and sees they it’s an associate, or even bachelor’s degree than other sets a great outlook on you and even higher your chances of getting the job. Going into college a person is accepting the fact that a lot of time and money will be put into it. College isn’t meant to be super easy but it’s not at all hard if the work that needs to be done gets done. Altough people hate the amount of money and time gets put into college it’s all well worth it at the end.

This GPA and ranking comes from being a dedicated worker in all of my classes. I have taken 4 honors classes over the past two years and I am in 2 this year. I plan on being in more honor classes next year along with some AP courses. My grades are

Often times it’s not necessarily what you study, but the fact that you studied something at all. As long as you have a college education you can still earn higher job opportunities, maybe not as high as a college graduate, but definitely higher than a person with just a high school education. Above all, attending college is a major commitment of time and money, but it is also a down payment on success. Earning your college degree will help you realize your goals in your career as well as life in general. It requires a lot of hard work, but that work prepares you for a challenging and rewarding career and a more colorful

College is useful to those who want a job as a lawyer or doctor. Those who want to be a plumber or electrician will benefit more from job training than getting a degree that they need to

The more effort  you put it into a job, the more of a chance you 'll do better than someone else. I believe that if people try their best at tempting something then they can do it.    I think people who have an college education, have more of a chance of getting a job because it shows that they can be a good worker and do what they 're supposed to do. It might be easier to get a job if you have a college degree but if you don 't then it will be hard to get a job that you like because if you have a degree, you will have more opportunities and make more money. “You’ve got a lot of street smarts, kid, but you need a college degree to succeed in business.” How many times have you been told this by prospective employers who shut the door in your face after learning you never attended, or didn’t fnish college? The stigma of lacking a college diploma could have dashed your dreams for a successful career—sending them straight out the door and into the trash bin. But wait, you’re intelligent, highly motivated, and you like to take risks! It’s not that college didn’t cross your mind; perhaps you didn’t have the funds, or maybe you just didn’t want to put your ideas on hold while you were sitting in a stuffy classroom for four years.

You could be a successful person with your grades because you can have a scholarship to a school that you want if you get good grades all the time. The school requirements to get a scholarship is straight a's and that you have a good score on all of your isats and EOCs. Also being in accelerated classes help because it helps people understand that you are smart and worthy of being able to get a scholarship. You have to have a good attitude towards school. In order to be able to get good grades or to be able to study you have to have a little compassion towards school.

This is good to look at during my college experience because it shows me more of what I can go into. Based on my previous achievements, I really should consider jobs that don’t just require a high school diploma. During high school I made honor roll all 4 years and graduated with a 3.6 grade point average. I accomplished not just because I was told too.

Why should you care about getting first class? The highest paying graduate employers only accept job application from candidates with at least second class upper degree (2:1). Having a great result opens a lot of doors for you as a graduate. From day one you have to work towards that grade, every course you take lays the foundation for your GPA.
