We are doing a career day at school I choose 3 career jobs. These are mathematical engineer, chemical engineer, and youtuber. I really likes these jobs because I love math, science, and youtuber, I also want a job that I would love to do everyday and not a job that i would hate for the rest of my life.
My first career choice is mathematical engineer. Why because I love math and solving problem for a living. I get to work with the latest tools that have been created and used by famous people.
My second career choose is chemical engineer. Why because I love a mixture of math and science. They work in the field or office. The field people work with power plants or nuclear power plants. I love learning something new thing everyday.
My third career
The career that fascinates me and what I plan to be when Im older, is a Dental Hygienist. A dental hygienist is a stressful job, but it helps a lot of people. You are helping people get better teeth and even look better, because when people have straight pretty teeth, they seem to have an upgrade in their looks. I haven’t always wanted to be a dental hygienist, I had many other career choices. But, something about making people smile when I’m the reason they look good doing it makes me happy.
My career choice in Optometry will let me touch the lives of each patient and make sure that the result that they get is very rewarding, so then they are able to really benefit from this experience in a great, positive
The three careers I chose to examine were IT Security Administrator, Forensics Investigator, and Obstetrician Gynecologist. I chose these careers because I discovered that the employment rates for these jobs are expected to grow at a faster than average 37% from 2012-2022. This is because data security threats are growing and with more digital technology rising, more organizations have become victims of cyber crimes. The other career is what I want to be. Internet Security Administrators, also known as computer security specialists, or Internet security specialists, protect computer systems against attack.
The career choice that I made and had caught my interest is in the dentistry field, practically in the orthodontic profession. Why the interest in this career choice you may want to inquire, is actually going in for visits as my child started the process for her braces. As I sat there watching the process happening, from the photographs taken of her mouth to the x-rays taken to be sent and the tools that were being used, just simply caught my attention. I thought to myself, “hmm this is something I could be good at”. And as the visits continued, I grew more fond as to what the orthodontic assistant was doing, how she was doing it and how the work was being proceeded with materials/tools.
For my Diverse Field Experience this semester, I spent fifteen hours at the Mclean County Juvenile Detention Center. This particular center was occupied by about 8-14 juveniles at a time, all depending on court dates and occupancy of other nearby detention centers. This center usually had 3 staff members working the shift every time I went, which was seven to nine on weekday afternoons. I was intrigued to go to at this time because I thought it would be the time of the day were the juveniles had no school work or other obligations to do while I was there. I wanted to see what they liked to do in the free time before bed, the only stipulation being mandatory snack time at eight pm.
I began college in 2014 at the age of 58 years-old to change my area of employment and do something that is far more interesting to me, working within the social services field. I realize the fact I was brought up by two dysfunctional, abusive parents in a chaotic home lead me to search out that same type of familiar relationship when I left home at the age of seventeen. In short, I married a domestic violence abuser and alcoholic when I was 19 years-old and had 5 children. Ten years into the marriage, when I had finally reached the end of my rope, a local police officer helped me to obtain a Protection from Abuse order and removed my husband from the home. This era was the birth of the Protection from Abuse orders and for me and this new
The career that I have decided I would like to have one day is as a veterinarian. I really enjoy and care for animals and love to help them. I have some pets of my own and help them when they need it. I really like science and math and think this job is perfect for me. Being a vet involves a lot of mathematics.
Career Exploration Paper The three occupations that I have chosen for this exploration are: data analyst, software engineer, and financial analyst. Data analysts, software engineers, and financial analysts all have varied skill sets and knowledge requirements, but all have the potential to be meaningful and successful careers. Data analysts examine data sets to find trends, gain insights, and develop strategies to assist businesses in making better decisions. Software engineers create, develop, and maintain software systems, frequently working on projects from beginning to end.
There are five careers that stand out to me and that I want to focus on. We have this project that we have to do on our five main careers. I would really like to focus on Athletic Trainer and Landscaping. I know I have to figure out the main one I like for college. I’m going to explain you the main details about each career.
Maya Angelou once stated, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style” (Angelou). Being passionate and thriving in a career is essential for me to stay motivated and to be able to enjoy my time at work. Throughout my life I have always really liked science and math, and I enjoy the ocean. I have also been very passionate about animals and I would love to help them and protect their habitats. Becoming a veterinarian or marine biologist would allow me to be satisfied going to work each day because they both incorporate my interests.
My future career choice is to become a certified diesel mechanic. I chose this career because ever since I was old enough to walk I have been working on vehicles with my dad and I really enjoy it. I listened to what he told me, I paid attention to the parts as well as the essentials, and I comprehended most of the things I did with him. This career interests me because automotive mechanics is completely different from diesel mechanics.
Nursing, and everything that it entails, cannot be easily described in just one simple word or phrase. It goes beyond the meaning of a profession and the stereotypical definition of treating the ill. Nursing is the “protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, communities, and populations” (American Nurses Association, 2010, p. 1). Therefore, it is a career that requires dedication, passion, critical thinking, and knowledge. It demands commitment and an understanding of its core values and concepts, as well as the nurse’s own personal philosophy and principles.
I enjoy engineering, in fact when I get older I want to become a biomedical engineer. I want to be able to help people. As well as find solutions to help people in their everyday lives. So that hopefully it would make life easier and less stressful for them. I enjoy all the problem solving that comes with engineering.
What career associated with your type of intelligence interests you and why? One career that interests me is to become a singer or songwriter, even though I a very shy, I learned that musical skills can help me in singing and experimenting on the piano to create songs. Another career that interests me is an engineer. I would want to be an engineer because I learned from the survey that creative intelligence could help me to building stuff and solve everyday problems.
As a class we took a career diagnostic test. The results of my test were plentiful when it came to the list of careers that I seemed interested in. I narrowed it down to three careers which were a trial lawyer, social worker and a school administrator. These careers are different in the job they do but all serve for one purpose. The day to day life of a trial lawyer, social worker and school administrator are spent helping other people better themselves.
