When I was one year old my dad made the decision to bring our family from Mexico to The Unites States. He made the decision because he faced many economic struggles. My dad told me when he lived in Mexico he was very poor and was living day to day with the money he earned. My dad did not earn enough money to pay for college, therefore he had to quit college the second year of his electrical engineering career. Now that we live in the United States I have a better opportunity to succeed in life unlike my dad. Just a little over two years I was placed under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and now I have the opportunity at a much better future.
