INTRODUCTION:
This case involves the suspects being cited and released in the field for trespassing on city property in violation of PC 602(o)-Trespassing and PC 647(e)-Illegal Lodging. The suspects were also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of H&S 11364(a).
LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
This incident occurred on the south side of the above location.
EVIDENCE:
• (7)-Used hypodermic needles 50ML/ CC, with a clear substance inside. The needles were found in Bouldin’s blue cooler.
• (1)-Used hypodermic needles 50ML/ CC, with a clear substance inside. The needle was found in Cabral’s left front pants pocket.
• (1)-Glass pipe approximately 3 inches in length with a bulb end, resembling a crystal methamphetamine pipe, with a burnt residue inside.
INVESTIGATION:

It should be noted that Bouldin and Cabral were not under the influence of a controlled substance.
I cited and released Bouldin in the field for PC 602(o)-Trespassing, PC 647(e)-Illegal Lodging and H&S 11364(a)-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Citation #C432344). Bouldin is scheduled to appear at the Pasadena Court on 02-13-18 at 0830 hours.

On 03-27-16 at 1436 hours, I was dispatched to 777 E. Colorado Boulevard (Target) regarding a vandalism investigation. Dispatched advised the suspect was a female Black, wearing a dark grey shirt, dark grey leggings and a white hat
P alleges false arrest. P alleges he was visiting his grandmother in a NYCHA building when MOS approached him and arrested him for trespassing. P alleges that a trespass notice was issued to him by NYCHA which prohibited him entering NYCHA property which is not his residence. P alleges that he was removed from the excluded people list and he showed the MOS paperwork showing that he was removed from the list. P alleges at the precinct he suffered an asthma an attack and was taken to the hospital.
ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male laying next to the front door of the property. The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention.

In the year 1990, two citizens of the city of Lynn started a needle exchange program in an goal to fight against the spread of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome also known as (AIDS). The two men legally purchased new sterile needles over-the-counter in Vermont. The defendants were at a specific location on Union Street in Lynn from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. every Wednesday evening in 1991 until their arrest made in June 19. On June 15, 2017, I (Sgt C. Ellebrecht) was working a special assignment (probation searches). I was partnered two probation officers from the Humboldt County Probation Department. At about 0820 hours, we responded to 2668 Rohnerville Road (City of Fortuna - County of Humboldt) for a probation search on Lance Ostlund. Ostlund also had an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival, we contacted Ostlund 's aunt who advised that he was not at the residence and had not been for some time.
On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.
