Since the incident at Parkville High School is small only a one person section is needed. It will be the Logistics Section Chief’s (LSC) responsibility to handle “all support requirements needed to facilitate effective and efficient incident management” (Walsh, 2012). This will include setting up communications for the entire staff as well as the task forces, and the medical group. A team also generally is known as a group of people with different skills and different tasks, who works together on a common project, services, or goal. Then, the important thing in teamwork is ‘collaboration’, which is the act of working effectively with others to achieve a common goal. Collaboration acts as the lifeblood in the team, even the team is not large enough, but the collaboration is required.
Since technology revolution has taken place in many areas of our life, quality of services in healthcare has become one of the most important objectives that concerning both private and public organizations. Because of the relation between work performance and patient care, according to [Aiken et al. ,2002] there are many hospitals have poor services quality which has impact on patient treatment as a result of frustration of teamwork. Also, they concluded that a key of improving services in health environment is cope and solve nurses’ job dissatisfaction.
Running down the field with the ball in my feet and my teammates shouting at me to pass the ball. My only thought was that I can score alone, I don 't need my teammates. I guess now looking back in the past when I was a kid I never realized how valuable teamwork is in soccer. Looking back I almost never played like I was on a team. I played like it was a one man show.
