EREPORT # 19335 stated the following: The incident happened on 3/1/16.
When accompanying Mother to Lumberton Police Department after Na'Kia was located after not returning home from school the day before, I saw mother being held back from Na'Kia and heard M shouting that she would tear her up and "put you under". Though this may have been an emotional reaction upon seeing her daughter, Na'Kia told me that this is what happens at home and that Mother punches Na'Kia and her siblings when they get in trouble. I did not see Mother's hands on Na'Kia today, but I did witness Mother having to be held back. I heard the verbal aggression from Mother and her verbal claims from Na'Kia about her Mother's behavior home. Na'Kia told me and others present

Berthoud police officer, Jeremy Yachik, was accused of abusing his 15-year old daughter in the year of 2014. Loveland police investigated the allegations instead of the Berthoud Police department due to Yachik’s ex-fiance claiming that she had emailed the video to Berthoud Police Chief Glen Johnson but Johnson had never responded, thus causing her to continue trying to get help for Yachik’s daughter. The abuse Yachik’s daughter accused was inflicted upon her included being bound with plastic zip ties, being force-fed hot sauce, as well as being choked.

(Explain with evidence). A particularly horrific incident occurred where a group of boys kicked Nabozny so hard he had to have surgery. They told Nabozny not to tell anyone about what they did or they would kill him. (Clincher) The threat prevented Nabozny from seeking help at first but the second time he ran away he was convinced by a social worker to hold the school accountable for all that had happened to him.
After the first time I heard that she threatened I would sit on the steps downstairs, outside their room just to make sure my mom doesn’t call the cops and that if it got bad I can open the door and try to stop it. My mother and father never abused each other physically but would abuse each other mentally. I always used the word “fight” when describing how my parents got along. It would be “they always fight, like every day” but they never laid hands on each other they were nonviolent except with their words. Any cuss words you can think of are used against each other.

However, this book will display that such people are extremely few and far between, as it is far easy to do nothing at all. The only member of David and I's family who ever truly took a stand against Kristine, and was willing to admit that a member of their family was evil and violent, and that something needed to be done was kristine's father. No other person in the family was truly willing to confront Kristine, as the book will display no member of the family was actually willing to report Kristine to the Department of Community Services (DOCS) or the police in-order to protect David and I. In fact many were actually more willing to support Kristine, by making excuses that Kristine must have been mentally ill, as the book will display Kristine would have all the latest mental health issues, from Post Natal Depression to Bi-Polar Disorder, but it did not matter what people attempted to claim her condition was, the violence and brutality never changed. No matter the amount of psychologists she would visit, pills she would swallow or the mental health nurses she would visit, nothing would stop Kristine from being abusive towards David and I, ecept our complete
