Bath, N.Y. (WENY) -- Another thorough day of testimony in Michael Beard's murder trial. Monday morning, Brian Lang the owner of ServPro, the company Thomas Clayton worked for, took the stand. He testified to his business relationship with Clayton and GPS tracking in the ServPro vehicles. He said he grew up with Clayton in Binghamton and hired him in January of 2015. Lang testified to the GPS tracking system in ServPro vehicles. He said Clayton's car the night of Kelley's death shows him leaving ServPro at 6:10 pm. Arriving home in Caton around 7:25 pm. Moving to Corning shortly before 8:00 pm and back at the Clayton residence at 12:34 am. He testified to Clayton's attorney asking him to search Clayton's personal car for a duffle bag, Clayton's passport and a bag containing $100,000 cash. Lang said he found the duffle bag of clothes, Clayton's passport and the bag full of cash. He said he gave those items to Clayton's parents. …show more content…
He said he borrowed a 4-wheeler from Clayton the Saturday before Kelley's death. When he spoke with Clayton about returning them, Clayton suggested they switch cars instead of moving the 4-wheels from car to car. Luke's car is a red doge pickup truck that has been mention as Beard's allege transportation to and from the Clayton's home the night of Kelley's death. Another former ServPro employee, Kevin Morris, testified as well. He said he knew Clayton & Beard for more than 3 years. He said Beard was indebted to Clayton, saying he saw Clayton give Beard many gifts and loans over the years. Morris also said Clayton would flaunt thousands of dollars in front of him & Michael Beard, including displaying $10,000 dollars in front of them. Adnan Syed is a 36 year old who had been convicted of first degree murder at the age of 17 on February 28, 1999. Adnan’s friend Jay Wilds testified that he helped Adnan bury Hae Min Lee’s body back in 1999, but Adnan Syed mentions he had nothing to do with Hae’s death. Adnan was convicted with evidence of his cell phone call logs, Asia’s letters to him, and Jay’s description of the route they took during the day of Hae’s death. Adnan Syed is granted a new trial. Not only has there been mistrials, delay, and not enough evidence but also there has been a conviction towards Adnan resulting with doubt after more than 1 decade later.
After the police searched the house, they found Magnum’s Id, cell phone, Magnum’s makeup bag, and a few other belongings. The three players that live in the house, Dave Evans, Danny Flannery, and Matt Zash, helped answer any questions or anything that the police officer had. They offered information that wasn’t asked for. The three captains, tried to tell the story of what really happened. While the cops where searching the house, Flannery also showed officer Gottlieb the Allure website that they had ordered Magnum and Roberts from.

No one knows the real cause of the fire, but many people believe it was a cigarette bud tossed into a scrap bin. On 10/30/2015, at approximately 2040 hours, Officer Bowman and your affiant were dispatched to 208 East Mount Vernon Street. The caller, Paul Whalen, stated that his brother just called someone to sell and drop off prescription medication. Your affiant arrived at 208 East mount Vernon Street and briefly spoke with Paul. I asked Paul if Jeffrey was at the house and he informed me that he was inside. Steven Avery is at the mercy of the Wisconsin court once again. Avery must defend himself against a county that has the belief of him being guilty for simply being an Avery. This is not the first time Manitowoc county assumed Avery's guilt before a trial occurs. Avery was brought before the Court on March 10, 1986, for the sexual assault, attempted murder and false imprisonment of Penny Beerntsen. Avery was sentenced to thirty-two years in prison by Judge Fred Hazelwood.

The Case of Michigan Vs Jackson states that Robert Bernard Jackson was convicted of second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit second-degree murder. The people involved with this case are obviously Mr. Jackson, The Chief Justice Mr. Warren E. Burger, Associate Justices were, William J. Brennan, Jr., Byron White, Thurgood Marshall, Harry Blackmun, Lewis F. Powell, Jr., William Rehnquist, John P Stevens, Sandra Day O'Connor. Mr Jackson was one of four people in on a spouse’s plan to have her husband murdered on July 12, 1979. Jackson was later arrested on a different charge on July 30, 1979. Jackson made six statements in response to police questioning him prior to his arraignment on August 1.

The Licensee was arrested in West Plains, MO. He was then held in the Sebastian County Jail in Ft. Smith, Arkansas under federal jurisdiction.
Gary Ridgeway, also known as the green river killer, killed forty-eight people in his life time. Today my job is to convince you that not only is Steve Harmon is not guilty, but he is , completely innocent. My job is to convince you that everything said against him is well within the area of reasonable doubt.
On Friday evening, the body of teenager Robert "Bob" Sheldon was found at a park in eastern Tulsa, laying next to a fountain with a knife wound in his abdomen. Further evidence suggests that the Sheldon had been intoxicated. No arrests have been made yet, but police suspect that it was a gang-related crime. Investigators believe that more than one person of each party had been involved as well. One of Sheldon’s companions, who was questioned, Randy Adderson, did not prove to be much help for the investigators.
