Marcelous Halloween Party it started at ten and ended at eight the next morning. We could be their by ten thirty. If we was not there by ten thirty they would have locked the doors, or when there was about 75 people there they would have lock the doors.
Everybody didn’t wear a costume but Marcelous did. He was a Zombie Pirate. This year me and Marcelous are going to dress in all black and wear a clown mask. We are going to try and chase people before they come in. It might woke because a lot of people is are scared of clowns.
We had a basketball tournament and only certain grade could play with each other. The grades was 7th-8th depending on how big, and good you are. The other group was 9th-12th some of the 8th graders played with
Santa Barraza is the second of six children; Barraza was born in Kingsville, Texas. Joaquin Barraza (Santa Barraza’s Father) worked in order to provide good fortune for his children and wife. Barraza’s mother was a feminist throughout her life. Barraza’s parents owned a small repair car shop with a jointly agreement. The priest with the role of baptizing Santa Barraza as a child considered the name to be sacrilegious.
Now like you and I, most people have childhoods. Holiday was born on April 7th, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was originally born as ‘Elinore Harris’ but later changed her name to ‘Billie’, in 1930, in honor of the film star Billie Dove. Sarah Julia Fagan was her mother, who had Billie when she was only a teenager, who passed away in the October of 1945. Her father, Clarence Holiday, was a successful jazz musician.
Día de los Muertos Dia de los Muertos is the Day of the Dead, which is celebrated in Central and Southern Mexico during November first and second. The purpose of this holiday honor spiritually departed loved ones. According to Niu.edu, it is believed that on October 31st the spirits of angels are let down to Earth from Heaven to visit their living friends and families, they do not depart back to Heaven until November 2nd. Most hispanic citizens celebrate this day by decorating cemeteries with candy, flowers, skulls, parades and more. To celebrate, families make platforms and offerings of food such as Pan de Muertos (Sweet rolls) shaped in skulls and other figures.
Dia De Los Muertos Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico on 1st and 2nd of November to honor the dead. It is celebrated throughout Latin America as well as by people of Mexican ancestry living in other places, especially the United States. It is believed that the dead would be insulted by mourning, therefore, Dia de los Muertos celebrates the lives of the deceased with feasting, drinking, partying and other activities that the dead would have enjoyed when they were alive. The festival features a colorful display of costumes and culture, with the most familiar symbol being the "calacas" or skeletons and "calaveras" or skulls, which appear everywhere during the festival.
To start off, there are countless reasons as to why I should attend Villa Maria Academy. From the fantastic athletics, the reassuring fact (to dad) that there are no boys, the education, and lastly the security of a stable school. I feel Villa Maria Academy would offer me a lot that other schools can’t. All I hear are the unending raves as to how Villa can prepare you for college and real life situations. Villa will create unending, vast opportunities for me as a student and a person.
Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican holiday all about celebrating Mexican heritage. Cinco de Mayo literally translates to “Fifth of May,” because, well, it is celebrated on May 5th. This holiday is often confused with Mexican Independence Day. Mexican Independence Day is about Mexico becoming its own country, while Cinco de Mayo is about a single battle.
There are many differences between el Día de los muertos and Halloween. One of these differences being the mood of the holiday. Halloween is dark and scary holiday, while el Día de los muertos is a joyful holiday. During el Día de los muertos, families buy foods to honor their lost loved ones. During halloween in contrast, candy is handed out to kids.

This would take place in the month of August and would be for not only students. The purpose of the event is not only to welcome everyone back to school, but to bring many different clienteles to the golf course. By hosting family friendly events, many families will want to spend time there. The plan for the event is to have activities for all ages.
As a child, I have played a variety of sports including softball, volleyball, and basketball, although softball has always been my main sport. I used live in Bolingbrook and was about 10 years old, when I was playing for the Inhouse 10U Bolingbrook Panthers softball team. My father was the coach for our team, so which meant I’d practice a lot with him. I would practice extra after school, focusing on my main positions on the field, which were pitching and third base, I would also practice batting. My father had always motivated me to become better in sports and school, he also prepared me for college by training me.
One of the most-awaited moments of the year is right here once again. Dim neighborhoods are brightened by ghastly smiles of Jack-o '-lanterns in communities where the breeze is also slowly getting colder and the leaves that have fallen off of pines give each step a crunch. In a few days, children dressed like pirates, princesses, ghouls, and little monsters will be knocking on doors requesting goodies and several other goodies. Yet just before Halloween begins, you can delight the kids in your community by teaming up with several moms and dads and arranging a Halloween scavenger quest.
The five members went to school together, were friends together and also decided to quit school together. Their school teacher Leonard Skinner who followed the guidelines set by the school demanded for each of the five members to get a haircut before they could return to school. The members refused and never returned to school. This tight-knit group practiced together continuously. Their lives intertwined with each other and they became a close-knit family.

Why?” “Your grades mister until you can pick them up you can go out and do whatever, until then you are to stay in this house” I clinched my teeth together “Yes sir” I replied “If mom was here she’d let me go” I mumbled “What did you say?” dad asked “I said if mom was here she would let me go” “Well your mom isn’t here, is she?”
